Always very helpful

Honestly the worst branch in Birmingham. The staff inside would rather have a conversation about your life rather than deal with people who have been waiting 20/30 mins plus honestly a shitehole of a branch. The management team needs looking at and sorting out because the current one is a joke.

I have been a customer for nearly 30 years and got on well with staff , and about 12 months ago a young female started , this person had a attitude and deliberately went slow when dealing with me , for what reason I don't know I feel I have been victimised , it got so bad I intent to close my account , I did complain but it seems the west Bromwich don't play fair when a genuine complaint is made , they did admit this person was slow though , it's a pity that when a staff member is at fault it can't be seen or heard they have done any wrong and should be over looked ? It might be my custom doesn't matter ?
