I had the best massage with Nancy. She was exceptionally skilled and friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

There are a few things more frustrating than a disappointing treatment. First of all they are usually not cheap so a visit is an investment we make in hopes of gaining fruitful dividends of both the physical and psychological kind.I was hoping to feel swaddled and drift away for the next 2 hours, after all that is what the package screams....Drift away for a 1hr 55minute facial and massage.The salon came highly recommended, as we proceeded to the basement area I was looking forward to complete bliss.Sadly it was the very opposite, It started with a facial. The ambience of the room did not set the tone for a relaxing two hours. The lights were on full, not dimmed and once I lay comfortably on the bed no eye pillow was placed over my eyes.It was by far the least relaxing facial I have ever had, there was no fluidity in the treatment process. Each treatment that was applied was followed by the beautician walking over to the sink area to get fresh water to wipe, not only was this irratating but I could hear each footstep and the loud gushes of water from the tap.The tray was not set up ready for a facial experience as again I could hear the lady walk to different areas of the room to get products. What disturbed me the most was having the bed pulled towards the steamer, the plug did not extend far enough. The steamer had no stand and therefore the lady had to hold it during the treatment, meaning steam wasn't evenly distributed over my face. One side felt wetter than the other.An extraction tool was used after the steam which again was not relaxing, infact it was painful. I uderstand the need for extraction but this could of been done manually using the fingers and a gauze to collect congestion. The only positive from the facial that I can take away was the lady did provide a nice neck, shoulder and face massage.I prayed the second and final part of my treatment package would redeem itself. The treatment was done by another lady whom had a firm hand and worked her magic on my knots, this was highly appreciated. Her voice was very calming and low and she had taken her shoes off before entering which really set the tone for a quiet experience. I thanked both ladies at the end and left as quick as I could, somewhat more stressed than when I entered for wasting £130. I did not feel my experience was recieved with rapture and I unfortunately won't be visiting again. I rated it a 3 because the massage made up for a poor first half.

Best spray tan - come here often. The spray tan always look so natural the day after but still very bronzed - I've had Sienna X tan elsewhere before but the application here is better than anywhere I have been in the past. The staff are also lovely - 10/10.

I had a massage which really helped with my aches and pains. The massage room is lovely inside and it was one of the best massages I have had. Would highly recommend.

As a last minute walk-in, I got the Swedish massage and it was everything I needed right after a long flight that left my neck stiff! The therapist was great and I walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommend.

Not flexible at all.I make an appointment on the same day at 14:00 for 18:30. At 17:00 my dog starts vomitting like crazy and I have to go the Vet and get him check-ed out.The place just rebooks my appointment for the next day without checking if I can make that time-slot and now says I am not allowed to reschedule.I understand that you are a small business, but no need to rip off our customers. Sometimes emergencies happen and you should be considerate about them.

As a last minute walk-in, I got the Swedish massage and then service was everything I needed. After a long flight with a stiff neck, I walked out feeling 100% better
