I have used City MOT for almost 5 years. Car collection on time car delivery soon than expected. City MOT staff are polite, and helpful. The work is always carried out to satisfaction. Can't fault them.

The guys at the Garage were happy to help me short notice after realising my MOT was due last minute. Very friendly staff, will definitely be using this garage for future MOTs or repairs

I would have given them a zero rating as they work in conjunction with the company service stop who are con artists who farm the work out to a third party and charge double the price for work so they get their cut

City MOT collected and delivered my car for a full service and MOT. The team were great and accommodating. My car was delivered beautifully cleaned and running like a dream. Many thanks, would highly recommend!

My MOT expired so I desperately needed my car looking at. I called the guys at City MOT Friday morning and they advised me to bring my car in same day. MOT done in an hour and unfortunately didn't pass but they were able to fix the issue and issue my certificate in less than an hour. They set me up in the office to stay warm and let me get on with some uni work while they sorted my car and were so polite and considerate. Offered to put the TV on or heating on, offered me their comfy office chair and desk to do my work, nothing was too much trouble. Extremely grateful for the speedy service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I had my Service and MOT done with them (using the mobile service through ClickMechanic) and this garage was really great. They collected the car from my work place, did the service/MOT all in one day and bought the car back. So convenient. Gone are those days where I have to take time off work to get my service done or flaff around waiting at the garage. Very honest, trustworthy and helpful staff. My faith in garages was restored. I shall definitely be using them again.

Booked my car for a MOT and a service £97Had a call from them to say I needed to pay another £197 for oil to be flushed out and break fluid putting in. Seriously. He said pay the bill and I'll get your car back as advised. So without paying the ridiculous amount I wouldnt have had my car back. Trading standards will be onto this

Absolutely shocking if I could give 0 stars I would!! Cow boys to say the least! Organised this garage to carry out an inspection of a vehicle before purchasing it. So they turned up, spent 25 minutes at best on a 143 point check of the vehicle and then advised me the car was spot on over the phone and no major issues. On this basis I decided to purchase the car as it had been ‘checked’ by a mechanic. After handing money to the sum of £3,100 over to the private seller I got in the car to drive it home. This is when I realised there was a lot wrong with the vehicle!! I got it home and also contacted city mot to query this. I was met with a load of excuses and abuse and they also started to threaten me saying they were going to turn up at my address to get the payment from me which I have refused to pay them. They’ve missed major problems with the vehicle including items that are very dangerous! It has been to Hyundai and they’ve quoted almost £6,500 to fix!! I’m now left with a car with huge repair bills that I brought in good faith trusting city mot to be genuine and reputable how I was wrong!! Absolutely shocking non existent customer service!! I’ve never had someone speak to me so rudely in my life especially from a company! I am going to have to pursue this costs from them but that’ll take some fair time going through court!! Avoid this garage like the plague!!
