Both Anna and Jimmy were fantastically helpful and informative when my partner and I chose the carpet for our living room. Jimmy was great with advice regarding installation and underlay on our first visit and Anna was both light hearted and professional and made the decision easy for us. We also visited during a sale so our carpet ended up being fantastic value! Would highly recommend

Lovely service, lovely staff! Omar was amazing, someone you can really have a laugh with as well as being great at his job. We were struggling to find the right carpet for me with my flats measurements but he found the perfect one for me in the end. Fitters were great and had fantastic communication, and generously fitted my bedroom with more high-end underlay they had left over from a previous job! Also Omar’s manager (a nice European lady, can’t remember her name sorry!) was so helpful ensuring I had the best service possible. My flat has been completely transformed (see before and after pics below). Great service guys thankyou so much :)

Absolutely brilliant experience. Met a lady called Carol she was straight to the point and so so helpful. She managed to get my carpet booked in to be fitted 3 days after purchasing which was really needed !! She is truly a credit to the company! My son got given a balloon and we even got offered cakes and doughnuts … what more can you ask for?!?

We were looking to replace the carpet on stairs but had no idea where to start. Carol was fantastic in helping us to organise and select a carpet. Thank you for making it an easy experience

Told us to fit the carpet today(Tuesday).No one showed up on the day, no call either.We called them a few times. First time they said fitter will call us 30min before arrival. Second time a temporary staff promised someone will give us a call back. 6pm they said in their system fitting is scheduled for Thursday. They will try to move it to Wednesday but no promise, since warehouse is closed by now.Now we just need to tell that to handymen and tenants as everything that's been arranged needs to change.CarpetRight, this is not how you should do business.Completely shambles...

Anna was super friendly and very helpful. She takes us much time as you need to test out the carpets and underlay. Would recommend coming to talk to her!

I have mixed thoughts on carpet right. Their customer service is really average, they “force” you to give 5 star review and show it to them for proof to give you a bit of discount, so it’s rather deceiving.The first 2 times I visited before deciding on a purchase, no one bothered to greet you despite there being no other customers in store. The staff simply sat at their desks. I was in the store for a good 20-30 min and had to approach them actively for advice and felt they were unfriendly.Only reason why I went with carpet right was because of price point compared to a close competitor.Although their prices look better, there are hidden charges like the “service admin fee” which is charged at 0.80£ per m2 if you use their recommended fitter, which is nonsense really.Another point I would like to highlight is that the team do not provide any updates or follow up about your delivery once you’ve made an order. I had to call up and chase an order myself weeks after it was made to check what was happening. Turned out that the flooring I wanted was somehow unavailable and there was no certainty as to whether it would arrive before the fitting which was already booked. I had to call the team several times to make sure this was followed up on and they needed lots of prompting.It appears that my experience is not singular looking at reviews generated by previous customers.Overall I would say customer service is at best average and in the future I will be looking elsewhere.

Omar was wonderful in helping us deciding the right laminate floor and arranging the fitting. He explained clearly how it was going to happen and followed closely the process. I put 4 stars just because I didn’t receive the receipt of payment straight away. It was a system error and Omar sent the receipt to me very quickly. Thanks Omar!
