They promised me a fully furnished apartment with 24/7 concierge. However upon moving in there is a wardrobe missing and limited concierge availability.I advise prospect tenants to beware from this agency and make sure everything is in writing in the contract.

Knight Frank are the estate agents for Port Loop, and have developed a really great relationship with the builder and home buyers. The Sales Rep Milly Shaw is super helpful, with great knowledge of the development, future plans and the sales process. She not only ensured a smooth completion but has gone above & beyond to ensure we've settled in & that the builder deals with any (very) minor snags. Very happy with Milly and the wider company and very pleased they sold us such a good home!

Cristiana Plati at Knight Frank Birmingham has been such an amazing estate agent who was so supportive and helpful during my extremely stressful purchases of some off plan flats in Coventry. We were very grateful for the support of Sarah in guiding us through the process of buying and selling. Having not had much luck with selling via an online estate agent for 6 months before transferring to KnightFrank, within days of transferring we had interest from buyers that Sarah was able to bring to us. Following a successful offer, we were also very thankful for Sarah's support and guidance through the remainder of the process. NEW TENANTS BEWARE!!! Just rented a new apartment at The Bank “luxurious apartments” through Knight Frank and the experience so far is terrible. After moving in i tried to set up my broadband and non of the companies offer any service to this building due to some infrastructure problems. Plus, during my showing the realtor stated that there was washer/dryer but it turned out to be just a washer. Contacted Knight Frank about the matter a couple of times over the past six weeks but nothing has been resolved yet. Other tenants are facing the same issues in the building. So if you think internet and a dryer is essential don’t rent at The Bank apartments.
