Bravissimo

Got fitted by Yasmin today and it was such a lovely experience! She was super knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, she picked out some bras for me that were a great fit and I came away with exactly what I was looking for! Always a well lit, clean store and the staff are very welcoming which is why I prefer going in store rather than shopping online. Thanks so much!

Linda is fantastic! My mum and I popped in to get fitter for bras and she was just amazing! My mum wears non wired, so was harder to figure out her size but Linda came back in with the perfect size for her! She dealt with the two of us at the same time and was fab, could tell what would suit us each better. No judgment from her at all and was just overall a warm person to have help, so kind and very obviously takes pride in her job. Super super great service!

*Very* unimpressed with today's service. Went to collect a parcel, no one on shop floor and the woman who served me couldn't have been more brusque. Tried being pleasant but her attitude was so unfriendly and curt. Very glad it wasn't my first time in Bravissimo and that I wasn't relying on her for trying items on. Shame, it's a beautiful looking new shop and its cool interior was very welcome on a muggy day but there was no incentive or encouragement to browse. Hopefully it's a one-off issue as Bravissimo products are so reliable.

I have been buying all my bras& bikinis from Bravissimo, for the last 10 years,probably longer!! The bras are fashionable, before I had to buy granny bras,so I'm well pleased finding them!!

Went in to get some new bras not quite knowing what I was looking for and left with four and one to order as the assistant that helped me (El) was absolutely brilliant and made me feel really comfortable and loving how I was looking in the bras, she also gave me her honest opinion on what she thought looked good on me and that really helped boost my confidence with what I was wearing :)

Visited with my sister last week and it was very busy, leaving staff at the front of the store visibly stressed. Bra fitting went well, so impressed that staff can tell what size you are just by looking. When we went to pay there was a queue and only 1 till available for payment. My sister ordered a bra and I wanted to too but because of the queue the member of staff at the till was quite flustered and so I said I would just order it at home. She thanked me and wrote out the product details so I could find them online. The only thing is it's £5 minimum delivery if you order online at home and I didn't get student discount so ended up paying £11 more than I would have if I had ordered in store which is so disappointing. I'm glad to know my size and I'm so looking forward to receiving my bras but I wouldn't go back to the Edinburgh store based on their setup, especially over the summer.

I was literally in tears after trying John Lewis and M&S. Nothing fitted and my confidence was low. The ladies in Bravissimo had me skipping out the door, delighted with my new purchases. Perfectly fitted and flattering. Fabulous service!

Took the wife for an Over-the-shoulder Boulder Holder because the likes of Primark and Sainsbury's don't stock GGigantic wap straps.

Lovely shop and wonderful staff. We received excellent service and left with a bunch of bras. One of the places my friend and I always stop by when we're in the country!The only thing that could be improved: Better lighting in the changing rooms!

Left the shop feeling pretty deflated after waiting a while to order a size from the store room then being forgotten aboit when asked for a second size. I admit I didn't have (and didn't know I needed to have) an appointment but I'm pretty self-sufficient when it comes to trying things on. I didn't need a fitting, only help retrieving sizes from the store room, which I couldn't do myself. Left empty handed and will order online instead.
