Quick service and friendly staff, especially for 6am. However, the prices have been shot up as it is of course located in an airport.

Busy Pret location on the upper level of South Terminal. Service and quality as good as the many other locations we have frequented during our stay in London, only slightly more expensive.

Pret A Manger
Pret has been my go to chain for sandwich and coffee for awhile especially in airports, however the price rises have become very noticeable. Yesterday the charge for the popcorn bar (tiny little thing) was £3.40, I actually gave it back and got a refund. Pret you are taking the p£$s with this pricing.

Ordered tea with oat milk, and tea with cows milk, initial order was wrong due to lack of attention from barista staff but did not reach me as counter staff noticed mistake. After receiving, tea was extremely hot with very small amount of milk, becoming a holding hazard due to very high temperature even with additional layer with cup. Excessively long wait so it became drinkable. Poor service and attention to detail and job from back house, good service from front of house.

Staff were lovely, but the acai and almond granola pot gave me vomiting and diarrhoea - food poisoning? I'd eaten nothing else that day and symptoms stopped as soon as it was gone from my system. Ruined my flight from being sick in the plane toilet throughout. It still makes me nauseous even to think about it over a month later

For an airport restaurant, this is a fun airport restaurant (not annoying restaurant).The food isn't tasty: the food isn't disgusting.Peace.

Pret has number of counters which makes queues moving fast. I liked the wraps as they give the wrap preheated and taste is also quite good. Overall a good a nice and fast treat if you don’t have too much of time to board.

Busy as you'd expect but served quickly. I made the mistake of saying that I was eating in and had to pay £17 for a salad, crisps. Pret bar and tea. I gave the Pret bar back and got a refund of £4.10.
