We called Lock & Co after our contractor locked us out by accident on moving day. Within half an hour, Sam was with us and working away to get us in. He is so professional, kind and friendly that we felt we were immediately in safe hands. He made such a stressful experience a much more pleasant one, reassuring us along the way. After finally getting us in, he made sure the door was in safe working order before leaving. Even the next day, he was in the area and popped in to give us key hole covers and to see how we were getting on! Sam is THE BEST!!Had good experience with Sam the previous year, so I did not hesitate to contact him, when we experienced a seized lock mechanism in the kitchen door this time.I've contacted Sam early in the morning, and he responded promptly to come and look at the door the same morning. He was also upfront with the cost, and we agreed the best suited time.My dad was home to welcome him as I was at work, however, my dad is not the best when it comes to technical terms. Sam kept me updated after the visit, explaining the issues with the door, was very honest and transparent.Having received consistently amazing service from Sam, I 100% recommend him, and will not hesitate to contact him for any future needs.Thank you Sam! :)

Really recommend this company. Our bathroom lock was broken and in less than an hour they had attended my home and replaced the lock. Reasonably priced too especially for an emergency.

I would highly recommend Sam at Lock & Company. He is very efficient and quick at actioning any works. I have needed to have a few lock changes done however he is round pretty quickly to secure the place!

It can seem like a real disaster when you have lost your keys and worse if said keys are attached to a key fob for a controlled entry. No problem for Sam. Lock barrel replaced in the main door and new key fob coded for immediate use. The great deal - all done within 40 mins of contacting him. Brilliant Sam so it is the big 5 Stars from me. Highly recommended and great pricing as the big bonus.

Sam responded on the same day of my locks needing to be changed. Sam was so helpful, worked hard, reasonably priced and extremely friendly. As I was new to the area, Sam provided me with some local information which was appreciated. Can't recommend enough.

We managed to lock ourselves out of our house on a cold rainy night in Glasgow. We called lock and company locksmiths and Sam was very helpful and friendly from the get-go. He clearly explained what he would be doing and that he would be able to unlock the door without damaging it. I was so frazzled with everything that I forgot to ask him about the costs. He kindly outlined the costs upfront and that they would be charging extra because of the late hour. He arrived on time, giving us a heads up when he was 10 mins away. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend him and the company.
