Shirtworks

I have ordered 2 sets of work wear now from Shirtworks and each time, found the service to be fast, friendly and efficient. The quality of the embroidery is very high. I have small lettering within my embroidered logo and Shirtworks were able to reproduce it clearly so that it can easily be read.The quality of the garments is also high - despite frequent wear and washing, the first set of t-shirts & fleeces have lasted a good 2 years without looking shabby or going shapeless and I'm quite sure the second set will do the same.

Well what to say about Shirtworks. Ordered stuff, stuff turned up on time! Superb quality, friendly service. They really do seem to go that extra mile when confirming details of artwork for the logo and placement of artwork on garments. A truly magnificent company with a great attitude towards their clients. Recommend!

The quality of the finished product was good, but getting to the finished product was extremely frustrating and I very nearly cancelled my order.I initially submitted my logo and selected 30 jumpers as an initial quote to get an idea of overall costs before committing to an order. I then spent 3-4 weeks contacting work colleagues who work shift patterns to confirm sizes required and quantities. Once everything was confirmed I went online to complete the order and found the quote had risen from £435 to £479. I managed to obtain a discount over the phone but received a call an hour later advising me at the price had now gone up to £504 due to the logo being intricate. I advised that I would cancel the order if the price wasn't reduced and they did honour the original quote. There were delays in the jumpers being completed, and 4 days after they were due to be collected they got delivered. Alistair was helpful, but very difficult to understand on the phone as he speaks far too fast. I found the website to be frustrating as the quotes would change prices without any indication why, and additional charges for using certain payment methods added to the quote at checkout without prior warning. I'd hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Shirtworks is really a bad company. Wrong prints, no communication, a very bad experience. I advise everyone, do not order there. I ordered shirts for more than 2000 Euro, I waited 2 month, then the shirts were printed wrong, front on back and back on front. And quality of the shirts is really weak. I had to pay for the return shipment, they don't refund me. Very bad company. Don't order there....

I have had reason to order some workwear from Shirtworks and despite not even having received the items yet ( which I am sure will be great ) felt I had to commend them on ease of transaction, helpful ordering system and final checks on artwork. Their customer service is efficient and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. I have dealt with a lady called Beatrice who has provided excellent customer support throughout my dealings. Would highly recommend

They're fabulous - Local, use good quality materials, are always at the end of a phone to deliver top customer service and always sure to meet demands, both in terms of price point and timings. I like their willingness to reduce price if you don't want things bagged, etc, the old adage is true that the devil is in the detail, and in my opinion Shirtworks are good at ensuring the detail is dealt with just splendidly - I always use them

Brilliant customer service, my query was answered immediately and guidance was given for what would look best on the shirt. And I am so happy with the quality of these shirts! Will 100% order more in the future!

Was being charged £25 POSTAGE for a single t shirt which I wanted as a sample to assess the feel and quality ahead of an intended larger order. I understand there sometimes being a need for a surcharge for Northern Ireland on large shipments, but +20 on an item of this size? Not professional. I contacted someone in the company as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this person just affirmed that this was correct. The single plain t-shirt was £6.36 + £2.26 VAT + £4.95 Standard Delivery + £20 Northern Ireland charge. That brings it to £33.57 - for one mass produced t-shirt.

I've ordered staff t-shirts for my Hey Dude Shoes retailers employees and the prompt service, quality of T-shirt and print has been exceptional. Shirtworks certainly didn't short change us with the quality of the T-shirt. Several of my customers have now gone to them for their own business.
