Fantastic shop and friendly, professional service, I can't recommend enough. Svetlana went above and beyond to help me have the perfect dress for my wedding, she really is an expert and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

High pressure and rude. I was hoping my daughter's wedding dress shopping experience would be one that made her feel special and appreciated but instead she was pressured to purchase on the spot. They even had the nerve to tell her that the accountant would be upset as they had already counted on the purchase. I am in a different country and she needed to speak to me first, but that was not possible with the time change. They then told her the quote would be different if she came back on another day to purchase and that she would have to pay for another appointment just to purchase. So very disappointed as I thought we had found the dress, but with this level of customer service I refuse to buy from them.

What an amazing service my other half and I received at the wedding atelier.My dress fitted perfectly thanks to Svetlana and team. The atelier is so warmly beautified and our various trips from the initial contact to the final fitting felt like a breeze; Svetlana is so experienced and knowledgeable that we cannot thank her enough for making our special day a great one.Highly recommend x

What a wonderful shop! We felt we were in safe hands from the minute we walked in and Svetlana made the day so special. She was attentive and gave an honest opinion. She has a wealth of knowledge of bridal gowns. Recommend this shop 100%

Very bad their behavior is very bad going here was a waste of time and money I called the store before my appointment to say that I only wanted to try on a certain dress from one of their designers. After going to my appointment, I was disappointed to find that the dress had been altered and the sleeves had been cut off. I wish I had been told this over the phone, and it would have saved me a wasted journey from East London and an afternoon off work. This is the only bridal shop where I have been asked to remove my shoes. The store also had a strange smell and the clothes were dated.

What a wonderful place. From start to finish, my mother and I were treated with such care. The shop is clean and well looked after, it is easy to be found and the staff there were wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Svetlana, worked with us whenever we visited; by the end she felt like family rather than someone who worked at the shop. Her knowledge of bridal gowns was exceptional and she made me feel incredibly special. Thank you, so much for everything.

Had back to back bad experiences with this place. My first time there trying dresses, the shop attendant was quite rude. Paid £20 for the appointment and she didn't even offer us water. When I said I didn't know yet what I was looking for in a dress, she said that's not helpful"... really hurting my confidence.Second time there I was looking to get a quote on the dress I now know I want to buy. This time with Svetlana

I had a wonderful experience at the Wedding Atelier - the boutique is exceptionally clean and wonderfully maintained, the dresses were super clean, and the staff very accommodating and professional. I feel like some of the reviews are unfair/outdated: I didn’t have to keep my mask on (let alone wear gloves) when I tried the dresses on, you are allowed to take photos, and my bridesmaids all got some refreshments. Yes, you did have to take your shoes off, but that keeps the carpet and the store itself super clean and gives it a very cost atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this store.

I booked Wedding Atelier as a 'second choice' boutique and I am so happy I did! The shop is beautiful and I loved how much care they showed to the dresses. Svetlana is an expert in what she does, made me feel so comfortable, helped me with my choices and provided guidance on all the possibilities. I had booked another very well known bridal boutique in Marylebone with a particular dress in mind... not only did they not have the dress in stock, the dresses I tried on were dirty, the assistants useless and all dresses double the price of those at Wedding Atelier. I rang Svetlana immediately and said yes to my dress. Thank you so much for making my day so special.

I had a wonderful experience at Wedding Atelier during the whole wedding dress shopping process! From my first appointment with Luba, who was very friendly and patient, to fittings with Svetlana who is lovely and clearly knows her stuff, it was a very enjoyable and special time!! I would recommend buying your dress here, it was a much more personal appointment than other stores I visited, and all of the sample dresses were in perfect condition.
