Thank you to the Guys at Bike Torque Racing for such a prompt and friendly service.I ordered a Shido Lithium battery and charger for my BMW R1200GS. Ordered it on Friday evening and it arrived on Saturday morning . Fantastic service, and a really good price for a top quality product. Whenever I have purchased components for my motorbikes in the past, Which has been quite a lot, the service and products have always met this excellent standard of customer service. The guys are really knowledgeable and always willing to help with advice and product knowledge and recommendations.I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent friendly service, from a small business who are passionate about motorbikes.. ..

I pop in on these guys yesterday,to order a set of Oz wheels for my 2017 Kawasaki z1000r edition,that my partner sprung on me for my birthday.....So I was a bit caught off guard,as it was a surprise,but as I was trying to process it all,they stepped up and help me to order what I wanted,very impressed,and all I can say is thank you for everything.....I will be back as I saw other things I liked,and thank you for my gifts,100% happy,can't wait for my wheels to turn up now,like a big kid.... Utterly useless. Took money never fulfilled order, took no accountability for the order not being fulfilled, told me to request a refund once I receive the goods but how can I send them back if I haven't got them. Unhelpful. If you are reading this prior to ordering...don't order go elsewhere. Only when they put right their own internal issues will anything improve. I read ebay reviews which seemed positive but its all utter BS. Cannot believe they even advised ebay on the review response that I had been refunded.....how can this still happen in todays online society where the customer is supposed to be protected???? Wish I had never dealt with them...cowboys.

Ordered a chain and sprocket kit from these guys, arrived next day which was fantastic. I then discovered that the chain was too short and so contacted BTR who apologized for the issue and sent out a new chain that day (Friday) it turned out that the DPD driver had not turned up for their afternoon collection and so the parcel wasn't sent out until Monday.The new chain was sent out with a free Brembo res sock as a gesture of goodwill but unfortunately the driver of the delivery van had a crash and so the delivery was delayed further.BTR then advised they would send another chain out as they couldn't get the one out of the van which had been crashed.I have now received the new chain along with the brembo res sock, a bunch of extra stickers and even a AFAM gear ration calculator!Overall dead impressed with how they handled this issue and their efforts to resolve it despite it being a problem with DPD and not BTR.Thank you for the wicked service guys! And especially Geoff who has been speaking with my partner to get this resolved. Again, awesome service, keep up the good work!

I've been using BTR for several years for motorcycle parts, and have always received top class service. They are always happy to go above and beyond and even give ACU discount

Just phoned them on the off chance this morning re a clutch kit for a Gsxr1000, after checking Wemoto, M+p and ebay.The chap on the phone gave a great discount + i'll be more than happy to call again .Thanks

Wrong part sent then took too long to refund after receiving the the returned part. Didn't bother to respond to emails which is not how a so called reputable company is supposed to act. M&P a much better company to deal with.

I recently bought a set of Brembo master cylinders from them. Very knowledgeable, best price around. Unfortunately weren't suitable due to electrics on my BMW.Refund offered as soon as I mentioned the problem.Excellent service, can't praise them enough.

Absolutely brilliant. I was looking to replace my worn disks with Brembo's but didn't know the size I needed. BTR took my call, asked me some questions and found the exact disks I needed - items arrived the very next day. Thanks so much and I will be back for sure.
