I had massive performance issues with my pc. Stuart came along and sorted everything out for me, he also managed to get Norton to cancel my existing antivirus and restart me on a new one which extended my contract period by several months for free.I later decided to upgrade my pc and sought Stuarts advice, he suggested having a solid state drive in place of my existing hard drive, this saved me the cost of a new pc and has enhanced the performance of my pc greatly.Stuart is a very nice person to deal with and he is very proficient in what he does, I will certainly recommend him to my friends.

Stuart has been helping me and several friends in the Rugby area for a few years now. He talks English as well as ITSpeak, listens to what you want and helps you get just that and no more. He has a high sense of professionalism and we have found him to be someone you can confidently trust in your home. He won't bamboozle you with techy talk but he will get quickly to the issue and the solution whether that be a repair, upgrade or replacement.He has done all three of the above with me and has saved me a lot of money by helping to match computing to my needs. Amazing 5 star service! My laptop died on me I rang Stuart in desperation and he picked my Laptop up later that day. Recovered my data installed new hard disk, reinstalled all my applications and data within two days.. On returning my laptop he spent two hours with me ensuring it was all up and running. Could not have asked for more.

Called Stuart on a Saturday morning in a mild panic, having access problems to my email account and being locked out of my laptop. He came out to me, picked up laptop and By 5pm same day returned it, all was fixed, checked, demonstrated to be working, including making improvements to my speed issue.
