Genuinely can’t say enough positive things about Bobby. I had a series of unrelated issues with my TV over a short period of time which Bobby resolved for me. He was patient and informative building a solid trust. He went out of his way to address the issues even visiting out of core business hours.I 100% trust Bobby to deliver the the right outcome at a very reasonable cost. While I hope not to have any more issues with my tv and satellite in the near term I won’t consider anyone else.

Bobby fitted tv 'window' aerial on inside wall in my flat in 30 mins today - improving reception from 20% to 100%! Recomended by neighbours. Aerial cost plus £80 + VAT fitting charge.He kindly phoned to let me know a traffic jam was delaying him.

Thames Audio Video did a great job setting up my home audio video system. Bobby does really clean work, hiding cables and making sure everything is clean, tidy and is perfect working order. He spent a lot of time getting things exactly right and helping us understand how to use the system. I would recommend them really strongly.

Looking at the reviews here has prompted me to take my rare Philips Motional Feedback Speakers for a complete overhaul. Just wanted to pre-empt my feedback in the hope that Bobby can work his magic on these special speakers that I have had all this time.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Thames Audio for over 10 years now. I’ve always had an excellent experience when dealing with them. I have purchased many AV products from them such as TVs, sound system, AV receive, a sound bar, radios as well as various accessories such as headphones, channel switcher and all types of wiring. Their prices are competitive and they do excellent installation work and always are very neat and tidy. They are very experienced and always made sure everything is to my satisfaction.

I took my 50 year old Beolab 5000 amplifier in to Bobby as it suddenly stopped putting anything out to the right channel. Other minor issues had come up over the years eg the stereo and on/off lights gave up the ghost many years ago and most of the input selection buttons were kaput but I only really needed the AUX button so no problem.A few years back I popped in to the B&O shop in Richmond and was told that they would not attempt any actual work on the amp until they had given it a full service which would cost £300.I did a spot of googling and found the amp was now pretty much a collectors item as well as having sentimental value. I also found Bobby on-line who had good feedback and not far away in Twickenham.To cut what is becoming a long story short(er) I took it in and left it with him to see what could be done and the cost (obviously). I paid a small deposit which would be put against the cost of work done. This was late September or early October if memory serves.In any event the right channel output was fixed, both lights work as do all the input selection buttons.The amp is remarkably heavy - 10kg and Bobby offered to deliver it back to me at a small cost. This he did and he came in and plugged in all the cables.I am extremely happy with the work done which was substantially cheaper than the B&O service quote.So highly professional, friendly, good communication and No problems

We had a Panasonic DVD-VHS player on which the power supply unit failed after a power surge. It was about 10yr old and the original seller could not offer a repair as parts no longer available". Glad we found Thames Audio Video as Bobby and his team managed to fix the unit at a reasonable price

I have used Thames Audio and Video twice and cannot recommend them highly enough. Both times they fixed the power socket on my laptop. The first time they found a solution which allowed me to use it again, but then took the trouble to later install a brand new part. The second time it was a much more complicated power failure. I urgently needed it, and Bobby went to great lengths to make sure it was fixed the same day (even driving several miles to pick up a part). It was exceptional expertise and service, and yet charged extremely reasonably on both occasions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a gem! We have been Thames Audio Video customers for years and have always received fantastic customer service. No job to big or too small, very competitive rates. Bobby has helped us with setting up our TV, sound system and sorted out our various WIFI issues. We have also bought equipment from him. The after sales service is second to none. Highly recommend this small local business.
