Rachael worker with me to get me running again after a torn meniscus. She was brilliant in tapping her approach to my goals and lifestyle and in find exercises that challenged me appropriately. After 6 months working together I'm back running as normal, feel stronger than ever and know what I need to do to remain injury free

Really knows her stuff! Helped sort out my shoulder injury and my daughter's knees. Rachael works with service users to achieve their goals. Rather than just giving out standard 3 or 4 exercises, she tailored the programmes to us and our lifestyle. 10/10.
