Mitch installed a new Ideal boiler for us around 9 months ago, having had an issue with a radiator this year I emailed him for advice and within 2 days he was here to help.I've been delighted with both the boiler he recommended and his service. He is very hard working & professional and takes time to explain things very clearly. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the start it was a positive experience . Mitchell Thomas came out and quickly gave us a very fair estimate and commencement date. He was punctual, polite, courteous and friendly .He worked quickly and was very neat and tidy. The job he did was first class. we have never been so warm and snug here. We needed an annual routine boiler service and after reading the fab reviews and having a quick look on the website I was more than happy to give MLT plumbing and heating a go. I was able to sort everything out via email with Mitchell Thomas which made my life so much easier. I would get a response almost immediately. Booked Mitch in to service our boiler, on the day the boiler decided to pack up before he arrived. Mitch went out of his way to help us out to get the parts and fit in the repair job all on the same day. Great communication, excellent work, professional, friendly service and reasonably priced. Having contact MLT Plumbing and Heating regarding a boiler service and repair of a leaking bathroom tap, Mitchell Thomas came round as promised and carried out the necessary work in a professional manner and provided full information when requested. His work was excellent and carried out in a very efficient manner. The price for the work was very reasonable and I was very impressed. It was a pleasure to a) have a plumber who turns up and b) one who carries out work in such a fast, but thorough manner. So it's 5 stars all round !. Definitely be recommending him.

I emailed Mitch in the evening and he got back to me promptly. We asked for a quote for various jobs such as replacing radiators, moving the boiler to another place and bringing the gas line into our kitchen.He explained our options, made suggestions and gave us a very competitive quote.He is punctual, very knowledgeable and did the job we asked for. We contacted Mitch after having an unexpected boiler failure requiring a new boiler. Mitch was quick to respond to our plight. Mitch gave a very competitive quote for the installation a Worcester boiler with a 10 year guarantee. Mitch was able to help in a timely manner which was amazing as being without hot water and heating is pretty uncomfortable! He even offered to fit it whilst we are away on holiday so we could come home to heating and hot water. We chose however to have it fitted once we got home and we are glad we did purely because it was an absolute pleasure to have Mitch in our home. He was very efficient, he got the job done to a very high standard in the time frame he had given us. He was extremely tidy in his work and checked with us throughout that we were happy with his installation. He made sure his installation and programming of the boiler would give us the most cost and energy efficient supply. He then took the time to show us how to use the boiler and he completed all the paperwork and registered our boiler for us for the warranty. He also reduced our bill for anything that he didn’t end up needing to use. Mitchell is a very professional, genuine and nice chap ! He clearly is passionate about his trade and we would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !

Asked 10 months ago i asked MLT to contact me, they never did. I then had a message to remove my review as it was negative and it was a genuine mistake and they didn't receive the message which I did. Asked them to contact me 5 days ago by leaving an answerphone message and on their contact form. So far no response and have got someone else. Not knocking their work as I can't comment on that but am surprised they have any work if they don't get back to people. Once may be an oversight but twice ......nah
