We've had such a good experience with John, Dan and the team. They've helped us out now on an emergency callout, the installation of a new boiler and then some updates to our radiators. Jacky's lovely and super responsive on email and phone, Dan is a delight to have around and is great at explaining things and making suggestions and the whole team really know their stuff. Feel very safe in their hands, always on time, super tidy etc. etc. I wouldn't call anyone else :)

Booked a boiler service and everything went really well. Prompt arrival, thorough service and really welcome advice about my current boiler and it's capabilities. Took the trouble to explain a few things to me and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Hopefully Cordner's will service my boiler for many years to come.

Following building alterations, the feed to my my boiler had developed a blockage. Within a couple of hours of requesting help, it had been fixed by Dan and fully operational once more. I cannot recommend this Company more highly. The service is exceptional!

Our central heating would not work, first time of trying this winter. Desperate for help, trying a few mobile numbers we had for plumbers, with no call back. Googled and came up with J Cordner. Jackie was very helpful, and following phone call, at about 12-30 pm, had John at our door at 2 pm, and solved problem by 3 pm. Basically we needed a new unit to program central heating. However, we had heating and hot water, and a contact for a electrician to come and replace control unit. Very good service and will definitely go back to them if needs in the future.

Outstanding service! Dan and Alfie (with John stopping by a few times) replaced my conventional boiler with a combination boiler within a single day. The quality of the work is 1st class. They were all incredibly friendly yet very professional, and were very patient with a young excitable dog who was fascinated by everything going on! To top it off their quote was almost half what I'd be quoted elsewhere. I think their 1st rate reviews online support just how good they are. Will definitely be using them only from now on!

My boiler broke down late on a Friday afternoon, I phoned the company for the first time and John - company owner attended Saturday morning - very friendly and a new boiler was installed within a few working days - John and Alfie were a pleasure to meet, very professional for what is a hard job of entering a new premises and all the isolation delights present installation adaptations that entails - a 10 year boiler warranty was taken which will be dealt directly with Johns company which is a very good service given with yearly servicing already scheduled - all in all a very good company - Eastbourne is lucky to have it

We were very impressed with John, who came out and looked at the job which was a boiler replacement and then Dan and Alfie who carried out the work. They were very professional and polite. They were here for a day and a half and cleaned up before they left. We would use again.
