My family (two kids aged 10 & 12) and I visited Mourne Alpacas recently and we all agree that this was one of the most unique and lovely experiences we have had in N.Ireland. Michelle warmly greeted us and introduced us to her gorgeous herd of Alpaca’s. We all learnt so much about these beautiful creatures and the many other wonderful animals on the farm. We walked with the herd and were lead by Humphrey, a gentle boy who loved getting strokes. Fintan and Gerome - Michelle’s boys (not alpacas :) guided us on our walk and introduced us to the mums, babies and male alpacas. Special shout out to these two lads who are clearly passionate and devoted to their animals. They were both such an inspiration to my children. They were both so kind, patient and generous with their time. We highly recommend Mourne Alpacas to everyone. It is such a calming experience being with these creatures and one that we will always remember. Book now; you’ll love it! ( and check out the alpaca wool goodies on offer - amazing scarves!)

Lovely, informative visit today, which both children really enjoyed. Peter and his brother (Finn I think) were both very friendly, giving the experience more personal vibe than most places you visit. Looking forward to visiting again

Wonderful experience run by such a lovely family who are all so passionate about the Alpacas. So informative about the animals and very welcoming. A lovely supper was served and we got to feed the alpacas and play with their dogs at the end. Will definitely be back!

We visited here with the family age ranging from 12 to 73 on the 12th July and were warmly welcomed by Michelle and her boys. This is a very well run family business and there is nothing about Alpacas that Michelle doesn't know! The Alpacas are also very much part of the family! A few were pregnant when we arrived but no births unfortunately! Well worth a visit for something different as you will not be disappointed! A great experience!

Absolutely fantastic. We took our 2 grandchildren 6 and 7 years old on the 14 August. We all loved the experience. The family that own them told us so much about them in a fun way. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Charming alpaca farm, a delightful destination for families with both young and older children. The farm offers an engaging and educational experience, with the opportunity to interact with these adorable animals. The welcoming farm family adds to the wonderful atmosphere.

The weather was terrible but the family that run this experience more than made up for it. Could not have done more to make us feel welcome and make sure the children had a good time!

Fantastic evening walking with an alpaca (Humphrey) around the farm. Beautiful to see ones as young as 3 days old.Enjoyed feeding many of the alpacas - great craic.Michelle and her family are genuine, lovely people and couldn't have done any more to make the evening special.Finished with fabulous platters of food, non alcoholic prosecco, tea & coffee.Brilliant way to spend an evening.
