We had a full heating system upgrade from 1 pipe to 2 pipe system, boiler moved to loft and some radiators replaced - a big job! Nathan and his team had it fully completed in 2 days to a high standard at a great price. Highly recommended.

I would never use this company again. The team came to move my boiler due to a house renovation. They cut through the BOTTOM off my joists in the ceiling, plus they left the hot and cold feed pipes touching as well as a huge void in my floor. They told me they would rectify it only if I paid them the money outstanding from the quote for the work they didn't do and promised it would get done. They didn't do the work and cheated me out of £250. I've since been ignored after numerous emails, calls etc and I even had the owner come over a couple of months ago who promised me some compensation and I'm still waiting. I'm disgusted that a business can operate like this and not value its loyal customers when my whole family use them. NEVER AGAIN!

Did a full boiler replacement with inevitable teething problems but, 12 months on, have quickly responded to problems. Can always do better but their service plan, by comparison, is good value.

Highly recommend Essex Heating, their work is to a high standard, they arrive on time and they clean up when the job is complete. Have used them for several jobs now and will definitely use them again. Five stars!

Highly recommend, Professional, friendly and got the job done so quickly. I had a full house rewire and a new boiler and radiators fitted. Would recommend these to anyone and will be using this company in future jobs.

My mum had a boiler installed with this company and signed up for the service and 24hr call outs.When we called them out with a leak they couldn’t attend until next day so I shut the boiler off for 24 hrs.Next call out over the weekend answer phone and nothing till Monday .Boiler manufacturer was called out as warranty issue and a filter was fitted upside down on original install.After feeling mum way paying for a service she wasn’t receiving she cancelled.We got the boiler serviced with a local engineer who spent 2 hrs there cleaning internal parts.When asked why so long he explained that one of the parts that should be cleaned had probably never been done.Shame on you Essex heating jack the lad owner and cowboy staff.

Excellent service from Essex Heating, the engineers wore full ppe and were extremely respectful of our house, our stair carpet was fully protected by the engineers before any works were carried out. A full boiler relocation along with associated pipework completed to the highest standard and a clean house... highly recommended.
