Wonderful service from reception to the full team, I really can not fault the way I or more importantly my cat was treated. Lovely followup call the next day to check if everything was ok. Will be our regular vets from now on. Highly recommended.

All our cats (3) come here and I’ve always left feeling reassured. Reception staff and Vets are very pleasant and offer options instead of sending you down the expensive route. Having the animal hospital nearby in Halesowen is brilliant. Can’t fault.

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.

Quick appointment booking system, seen the following day. Lovely warm welcome upon entering the premises, vet was easy to talk to and very understanding. Listened to my concerns and provided cost effective treatment. Would happily return if further treatment was required.

We have found all the staff (vets, nurses, reception) at both Northfield & Halesowen branches of Manor Vets to be very kind, caring, skillful & knowledgeable. In particular, Isabel Ross, from their Northfield surgery has all those qualities above but also is very dedicated, compassionate & has particular skills in internal medicine. She has looked after all 3 of our dogs for the last 10 years & they have all been challenging with lots of different medical conditions & issues. Without Isabel looking after them then our dogs would not have the quality of life they have had under Isabel's care.Thank you to everyone at Manor Vets.

Very welcoming and polite.. I have Autism and everything was explained in detail for us and the vet could see I was anxious of my pet getting her injections and she took our kitten out of the room for her microchip. I have recommended your practice to my friend who has also has a kitten. Highly recommended.

Always a good experience with the team. Our cats are well looked after and we have access to the 24hr hospital in Halesowen as part of this practice group too. Can book online with your chosen vet or call if urgent.
