Steve gives a great massage. He is always punctual, friendly and is happy to provide advice on techniques to strengthen weak areas of the body to aid rehabilitation. A great service - can highly recommend.

I got in touch with Stephen with a very painful back/shoulders. He was able to fit me in the next day for a sports massage and I saw immediate improvements after my first session. It’s very convenient that he can come to the house and the table he brings is stable and comfortable. He’s very professional and I would definitely recommend his sports massage services.

I’ve had two massages so far and both times I’ve been I’ve left feeling 10x better than when I went in. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for months and after the first massage, it was diagnosed why I get the lower back pain and how to prevent it and now I don’t suffer half as much as I did before. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Steve is great! Really friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted out an issue with my leg in just a couple of treatments so my husband and I go to him on a regular basis now. He is also a personal trainer so has plenty of advice /aftercare to give if that's what you're after. A great find in Easingwold !

After suffering with neck pain, I contacted Stephen who quickly confirmed this was a muscular problem. Stephen was able to see me quickly and aid a speedy recovery.I now have regular massages to keep in top of any symptoms, which also helps me as a runner.
