Absolutely love Cafe Nero in Tenterden. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, lovely food, drinks and atmosphere. Me and the kids just love going into the place.

I'm starting to realise Caffè Nero is a takeaway experience as I find the venues consistently dirty, overcrowded and understaffed. Always a great coffee, staff here are lovely but how demoralising for them to not be able to cope with the high demand and a lovely but large venue set on two floors. The barista always offers to bring our order upstairs but I happily wait & take it as they are always so busy I feel sorry for him. How are they meant to offer table service, clean tables, make coffee and keep the toilets checked? They can't do it all.

Popped into grab a coffee whilst I was waiting for my car to be washed.Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.Considering it was a Sunday they were well staffed and I was impressed with the speed of service.It is quite a large caffé with ample seating, both soft relaxing chairs and standard tables. I was suitably impressed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene.Coffee range is extensive as are the cakes, pastries and snacks, prices are very competitive and I thought it was good value for money.Definitely recommended if you want to grab a coffee and something to eat.

A nice Caffè Nero in the high street, the service was good and so is the food. Comfy seating, especially by the window, we ordered a Latte, Cappuccino and a Black Americano. All drinks for delicious and the Latte came with a design on which was nice to see. Don't always get Latte art sometimes plus we had a Chicken & Pesto Lattice which I recommend. A great place to have a coffee & food!

Particularly like sitting upstairs. Quiet. Good place to work. Coffee is strong but staff happy to adjust milk etc. Cinnamon buns yummy.

Nice coffee shop but staff allowed someone to bring 2 dogs in and sit them on seats not the floor then fed them from table. Others have to eat and drink here and should not have to sit on dog hairs. Hope they cleaned seats as well as table after but did not seem interested when told.

Staff are good but queues at busy times. Fortunately Nero staff happily serve cappuccinos at any time of day (whereas most Italian baristas disdain serving such milk-heavy after 11:00) and with sprinkles!

A very pleasant coffee shop with excellent and friendly staff. A good place to relax with your coffee and book or newspaper ,is upstairs where there are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas.
