Rent Happily have been my letting agent for he past 3 years, I have never rented with a company that have such genuine care for their clients. They have fought for no rent increases for us and as a result we have not been so badly hit by the cost of living crisis. I feel safe and cared for renting under rent happily which is not something that happens often, I would highly recommend. Rent happily - its in the name!

Rent happily were fantastic in helping us find our rental property. It was great going through an independent, local and slightly smaller company. The service was so friendly, and they helped get everything through nice and quickly in a super organised way. The company's values really shone through - we loved how they're trying to make the rental market better for both tenants and landlords. Would definitely recommend.

In a word, Rent Happily were amazing. After the pain of working several high street estate agents and self managing, getting Rent Happily to take on renting out our property was a surreal experience. Everything came together perfectly. They found us some great tenants, handled all of the (ever increasing) permits / checks / paperwork, sorted several maintenance issues with the property all in a timely manor and for a fair price. I can whole heartily recommend their services for landlords and tenants alike.

Rent happily is my first experience of using an estate agent and I have to say, so far I have been very impressed. They are super friendly to deal with and their online portal makes it pretty easy to see what is going on with the property. One thing that really stood out for me is that the agency really care, they want to make sure everything is done fairly from both the landlord and the tenants perspective. I feel like there are a lot of agencies out there who are only interested in inflating the market so they can improve their bottom line, I am happy to say that rent happily are not one of these agencies!
