Assured 24 Ltd - Facility Management, Security, Keyholding & Alarm Response

I discovered Assured 24 by chance after an internet search for a local security company. They reacted to the request for a quote very promptly and their charges are very competitive. I have been more than pleased with the service they have provided. They react very quickly and have always been very willing to help in many ways. On present performance, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a security company and key holding service.

My Company operates a number of stores dealing in design and for that we use MAC computers. With them being prominently on display in our retail units we have always been aware that security was an issue. As such, we had an alarm with monitoring and video recording. We assumed this was suffice!Unfortunately for us, we were wrong, and one of the stores was broken into. The alarm response company attempted to contact us but due to the early hour of morning they got no response. The thieves returned an hour after breaking the window and finding nobody present, entered the shop and removed 5 computers. It was clear that our security was not effective.After contacting Assured 24, i had a meeting on the premises within 24 hours where we agreed that Assured 24 would be the first response to the call from the alarm monitoring company. They ran through the keys and entry procedure as well as all the contacts that may be needed on our behalf including glaziers and locksmiths as well as best contacts in the event of an intruder. I was reassured that firstly, the signs they placed around the premises would be a great deterrent, but secondly, should the worst happen, the response would be faster and more assured than if it was left to us. The added benefit for us was also that we would not have the possibility of coming face to face with any thieves. It is always better to leave the professionals to that.Putting something in place is one thing, but practise is different, and when the alarm was activated a few weeks later Assured 24 proved their reliability.The alarm response company called them and they were in attendance in 15 minutes, and someone entered the shop and checked all areas thoroughly, giving me a report afterwards. As it turned out it was a faulty sensor and not a break in but the system worked extremely well and i would have no hesitation in saying to anyone to call them and get peace of mind for your business

Assured 24 is well named; they provide a very fast and efficient service. They acted as our key-holder and first responder for our alarm system for over six years and, on the three or four occasions when the alarm was activated (all through user error thankfully) they were on scene very quickly and sorted matters out. This is a great source of reassurance when you are out of the country and you know that all will be well. Highly recommended, indeed the person who bought my house immediately took on the contract.
