William and Geordie installed our new windows and french doors yesterday (even worked through the storm!) they look absolutely amazing, the new window in our baby sons nursery finishes it perfectly, we can actually see out of it now and theres no draft! The boys done such a fast and tidy job and any mess, they had it cleaned straight up and everything taken away! Such a lovely pair of fellas too and good craic! Would highly recommend them!Neal was also very helpful when he came out to us and showed us all the options and talked us through it all, also such a nice guy! Can't thank you all enough :)Rebecca & family :)

Neil explained everything in a clear competent way without any pressure and answered any further queries. Emma was super efficient and provided ongoing information about my order in a highly competent and professional manner. Geordie and William fitted my windows and were brilliant in every way... highly skilled and their standard of work was extremely high. They had high regard and respect for my home and their attention to detail was amazing. I really can't recommend them both highly enough. Thank you to all the team at Emerald.

Emerald Home Improvement Company are a pleasure to deal with. The two fitters, George and William, arrived at the appointed time. They were friendly and respectful. They got to work straight away and did an expert job, cleaned up and took the rubbish away. I was very impressed.

Tj and David came and installation a window and french door . They were very friendly. They work highly professional and tidy ,took all the rubbish way .Neil the salesman was excellent - Emma in the office was lovely - great customer service. Thank you all team . Love my new windows that have just been installed. Such a great team from sales (Neil) ,customer services(Emma) And installers William and Geordie. Sorry didn't catch the 3rd young guys name. From start to finish everyone was very professional and courteous. Installers were very friendly well,mannered and professional. They did a great job. Very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks everyone for a job well done.

I want to thank everyone involved throughout the installation of my new windows, front door and side panel. With special thanks to Geordie and William, two very experienced fitters who paid great attention to detail and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Nothing was a bother. They were good criac, tidy and efficient. It was obvious they took great pride in their work and would highly recommend them

Their work was exceptional and two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet. This company, from start to finish, has been a positive experience. I can't recommend them enough.
