Very helpful staff, got our hot tub off these guys about 9 years ago, they service it once a year and supply all the chemicals and accessories we need. If your looking to buy a hot tub give these guys a chance you won't go far wrong.

We have had absolutely brilliant service from Three Counties Pools & Spas. Their showroom and choice of spas is far superior to anywhere else I visited. Their extensive knowledge, no pressure advice and experience with challenging spa installations was what made us purchase our caldera spa with them. We have been impressed with their customer service at every step of the way and also their aftercare. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Having sought independent advice from two other hot tub companies it transpired we were charged for unecessary repairs to our hot tub on two occasions. I would not trust or use this Company again.

We purchased an Earth Spa from Three Counties and couldn't have asked for better service both during the process and afterwards.They team are extremely knowledgable, always on hand to answer questions and advise and are super nice people.Our Earth Spa is wonderful and we are extremely happy with it.We highly recommend Three Counties!

Use this company to service our hot tub. They have always been great. Very helpful whenever we ring up. Their engineer has been helpful and efficient. Even though our hot tub is over 15 years old they keep it going. Would definitely recommend them
