Went on Thursday. Really helpful assistant. Efficient and friendly. Real people person and had a good sense of humour.

The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much.I will definitely use this shop again.

We came in just before christmas!When we walked in the woman was rushing around up and down up and down the shop getting things done. People moaning about the wait time.We found the woman at first to be off with us, however when we were being served you could clearly see the lady puts all her attention in to who she is serving to give them amazing customer service, and that is exactly what we received and she was so friendly. My 2 girls seemed to really like her and interact with her well during the photo shoot. Then to go to Asda and see 3 staff casually walking round the shop was a disgrace why have 3 staff in Asda Tamworth and only one in the Town centre is beyond me.The lady deserves a bloody medal.

Very useful for online passport renewal.Give you a code to type in that if you are renewing removes the need for a countersignature.No stupid forms, no post office checking service.Worth the money.

We wanted to get certificates printed off in your shop for our dog competition.These will be handed to people so we thought we will have them done on a professional printer and quality card rather than print them at home. As i have inquired abut it the week before when we had some pictures printed at the shop I didn't think its going to be this much hassle!! And what a waste of time!! We went on Thursday, just to be told that it wont print from hard drive sorry" (I am no expert but the printer has same port usb stick so i cant see why the printer wouldn't print

Called them to see if they do visa photos with a blue background. They said they did, so made a special trip into Tamworth to get them, paid for parking, went to the store, only to be told that they don't do them. One hour of my life wasted.
