Carphone Warehouse within Currys PC World
I had a new Samsung Mobile from EE,I forgot the pattern that I had put in,EE could not help me I went into EE showroom @ Tamworth, they could not help me. I then Phoned Samsung they advised me to go to CARPHONE WHAREHOUSE, which I did. My Husband and I were extremely pleased with the Young Man who was call SHEV a charming helfull young man, I think that Currys should learn the Customer treatment that he gave, nothing too much trouble, In life we do not find this Customer Care. Look after this Young Man he is a valuable asset.We left with my Mobile back to normal and working well. Thank You.
