I have used Kaines castles a few times over the last few years, I cannot recommend them enough, they are always friendly and helpful over the phone and when the castles are delivered always very polite and friendly. Great castles and great prices. Will use again in the future. Many thanks :-)

We have used Kaines Castles for 2 years running for my son's birthday parties. Each time they were extremely helpful in identifying which castles would fit in the village hall and they were polite and reliable as well as very reasonable on price. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired a bouncy castle from Kaines castles for my daughters 1st birthday last year and we were really impressed with the friendly and efficient service from this family run business. From the time of booking to the bouncy castle being collected, they were helpful and flexible and the prices were very reasonable too. My daughter loved the bouncy castle and another family member has since used them too. We have booked them again for this year and we would definitely recommend Kaines castles to anyone.

If you want a castle for your event Kaines is the place to go. We've used Kaines for two years on the trot for our little girl and not only deliver hastle free, they pick up discreetly and are a real pleasure to do business with. Cheap, timely, effective and porffesional. If you take my advise nowhere else provides the great service you'll get from Kaines

We hired a bouncy Castle from Kaines castles for our sons 4th birthday party. They were fantastic from the start. Excellent communication with regards to bookings and time, they arrived at the venue with plenty of time before the party started. Chatting away to my son (and husband) while setting up. The bouncy castle was just what we wanted and my son and his firends loved it. We were so pleased I think we will be booking them for every birthday party.Thank-you we highly recommend you to everyone.

After being let down by another Castle business; Kaines Castle jumped to our rescue. I received such an outstanding, professional and pleasant service I wont use anyone else again. Quality is outstanding, Customer Service is Outstanding, A good range of castles to choose from plus many extra's to add that extra touch to any party/celebration. We hired a bouncy castle from Kaines Castles for my daughters 5th birthday and received excellent customer service, the owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us even providing ride on toys for the younger children. The choice of castles they offer is fantastic and all the equipment is extremely clean I would definitely use them again. Fantastic prices and fantastic service thank you so much for making my daughters party a big success.

Top business.I ordered two bouncy castles from Kaines Castles, for my daughters wedding in May. The inflatables were exactly as ordered and although we had to move them around a bit to get them to fit, nothing was too much trouble.The inflatables were delivered and picked up on time and it was completely trouble free, leaving us to worry about the rest of the wedding.I have booked them again for my daughters birthday party.
