My first time with IVS with a 20 year old Citroen C5. From the outset I was treated like a priority by Mandy.I was booked in for a MOT knowing that there would be a variety of work to be carried out to become 'street legal'. Communication was prevalent from the outset, clear on what was needed (inc labour), no 'phaff' or flowering up of any work(s).All work was carried out in an impeccable manner with updates given to me throughout. I was appraised on price throughout the whole process. Anyone who knows this Citroen model, will also be aware of the knowledge base needed to maintain it's smooth running!My 20 year old car, although shabby to look at, runs smooth and rock steady like a 2 year car after IVS intervention! Really impressed with the service from Matt and the team. Very quick service and he was able to source and fit a new windscreen wash pump right away. The office team are very friendly and free hugs from the adorable cocker poo as well (Duke?) I would not hesitate to recommend them and I'm grateful to the folk who first recommended them to me!

Absolutely the only place I take my car and families. This place does mechanics a service. So welcoming, polite, helpful and fair priced and a breath of fresh air when having to deal with a mechanic. Can't praise them enough.
