Hayley’s approach to personal training is refreshing, aiming to push and to grow without compromising being able to move the next day, what is the point in being strong and capable if I can’t even walk for a good portion of the time? She works to find a good balance in that aspect and really encourages thinking about and connecting with my body in the process of finding that fine line between growth and day to day capacity. She is a very thoughtful energetic and caring person, who is open minded and hearted about difference, disability, & insecurities should we have them. I am glad I am one of her clients.

Since I’ve started with Hayley I’ve really found my love and enjoyment for the gym.I was completely new to the gym so Hayley taught me all the basic techniques and forms for using weights, how to introduce types of cardio into my routines and built my confidence up. We have then worked on improving from there and her encouragement has really helped. We periodically set new goals and challenges which gives me something to aim for and we have lots of fun in our 1:1 sessions.Not only has she taught me all of the above, we’ve also had great conversations around nutrition and mental health.I have been consistently training for 2 years now and have found that if I miss sessions, I notice a difference mentally and physically.Going to the gym with Hayley by my side has been really lift changing.

I've been working with Hayley as my PT for over a year to help with my strength and general fitness and also to alleviate my Osteoarthritis symptoms.. especially in my knees. Hayley has been amazing throughout. She is very friendly and approachable and really listens to feedback and is constantly tweaking the sessions to fit with any pain/stiffness niggles. I have just had a partial right knee replacement Op and we worked hard beforehand to get me strong before the Op. I'm 3 weeks post op and I have already progressed really fast into my rehab due to my strong muscles and general strength. Can't wait to get back to my workouts with Hayley. 100% recommend!

I started 1:1 sessions with Hayley during a difficult time in my life. I had severe gym anxiety and had only ever done workouts at home but I knew that I needed to push myself out of my comfort zone. Hayley was patient and supportive and gave me the structure and coaching I needed to be able to overcome my worries about training in a gym alone. We started on the basics as I got used to being in the gym, she would cater the workout to movements I was comfortable doing when I would go to the gym on my own. We focused on my form when doing the movements and it was amazing to see the progress over just a few weeks. Hayley’s coaching and friendship gave me the courage to walk into a CrossFit box, which introduced me to the most incredible community. My fitness journey has been essential for my mental health and overall wellbeing, I am able to show up to the gym on the good and bad days knowing I’ll be supported and accepted. I have not only achieved some incredible fitness goals that I never imagined possible, but I have made lifelong friends in the process. I can’t thank Hayley enough for her support at the start of my journey, I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone who needs a supportive coach to help them reach their goals!
