0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE for the fear of being shouted at. There is a nice young lady with curly hair who i frankly feel bad for. the older man is condescending and rude, saying things like little lady" and "sorry hun". There is another older lady who will shout at you. Last time I went I asked whether I could leave my phone number so they could message me when the prescription arrived

Always had my prescriptions never had any problems good service friendly and helpful staff.

The pharmacy closes 1.00pm - 1.30pm for lunch on weekdays.

Lovely staff, worryingly flawed service. I can deal with the very long waiting time but they've struggled to refill my repeat prescription (of 5 years) so many times I walk in expecting trouble. Often they say its the GP surgery fault but I've changed GP surgeries and the same issues continue...lost, can find, didn't receive and the worst one by far....oh I think we gave it to another patient!" As an RN this makes me very anxious for anyone going through this pharmacy. Management must sort out their communication systems for safety sake."

These guys have worked tirelessly throughout an incredible difficult time and I know this because I have been very poorly and called on them time and time again where they have come up trumps every single time. Beverley is one name in particular that springs to mind who I can honestly say, if it wasn't for her and her fantastic efforts, going above and beyond, I might not be here to write this. So thank you Beverley and the amazing team that you are part of for all your efforts. Each one of you guys are worth your weight in gold along with the delivery team and deserve all the positive praise and recognition for working through COVID 19, putting themselves and their families at risk to help us.Thank you so much

This chemist has got to be the worst on earth every time I try to help a elderly sick person get their prescriptions it's impossible. They never answer the phone also very unhelpful, they have agreements to deliver these prescriptions and plenty of time but no they can't manage to do that. Even if someone went into their shop to collect the prescription they say they can't get these items that are essential. It's a disgrace so now they are having to change to another chemist more reliable.

Absolutely fantastic service over the last 8 years, all the staff and Pharmacists are excellent. Have been treated with the upmost respect in dealing with large quantities of Controlled Drugs re my wife's disability. Pharmacist has been extremely helpful especially in Lock down with advice when we have been unable to get to see a Doctor. If they haven't got a particular item in they can get it by the next day or deliver it. The Delivery Guys have been magnificent delivering all our requirements during lockdown, and the staff are always helpful. 11/10 Thanks for all your hard work, especially during this terrible time.

The only way to post is to give one star… and I wouldn’t give them that! If you have an elderly relative that needs meds to be delivered on time…. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CHEMIST! Dreadful and full of excuses.

Long waits.Never answer the phone.Have been taken over by another group and facility to order repeat prescriptions lost without any warning. Very frustrating.Also have to now remember to enter car reg. to avoid getting a parking fine.
