The staff here are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place. Excellent customer service whenever I've been here. It seems like other reviewers on here are forgetting that they ONLY sell Volkswagen group parts!!

Rang for a part at 12.15 , nearly £400 , said I would pick it up and the person on the phone said we close soon mind , 1pm , my car got there from caerphilly at 12.35 refused to sell the part , had to wait untill Tuesday, asked to speak to Ross the manager, answer was sorry you can't.Lazy staff turning away Money

Waiting 15 minutes at collection door but no opening door to give my part also it was pick up time slot . When I knock window for attention then a person come out and was very rude that why I knock window .Comon TPS do something . Why not put a doorbell when customer arrived at collection they can ring bell for your attention. Because since pandemic you still kept door shut.

I deal with this company on a daily basis, nothing is ever too much trouble, every staff member is very professional and welcoming. The phones are answered very promptly. Deliveries are great and punctual and collection of parts just require a simple phone call to the branch when outside.

My husband went to buy parts today at 12.45. He was told the invoice machine was turned off so couldn't put through any sales. He pointed out to them they were supposed to be open to 1pm, but they did nothing, just said again it's off. Rude, inconsiderate staff. Customer service -non existent. Will not be going back there.
