I paid a deposit on 29th July, rang them to speak to a person to get reassurance all was fine for the date I'd booked. A woman answered a landline but sounded like she was outside. She said yes they were just checking all the deposits and would ring back. Rang for a third time 8 days later left again a message on answering machine today as still no call back.Very bad communication and they have my money.
