Unfortunately a bad experience.I rang to book an appointment but there was no availability for today so I booked in for another date. I then received a phone call from the receptionist telling me there was a sudden availability within the hour. I was delighted with her efforts so hurried myself off to the appointment. When I arrived the receptionist told me there had been a mistake and the appointment had been booked up. I asked her to double check with her colleagues but she didn't and she said they were fully booked. I was shocked and annoyed. I rushed especially to be told I couldn't be seen today at all!No effort was made to remedy the mistake. She apologised, then offered me £5 off my next session, but as a first time visit this was beyond disappointing and unprofessional.Just be cautious if you're ring for appointments, wouldn't want any of you to suffer the same experience.

Have been using them for a few years now, since they were in Northampton. Excellent service and professional massage. If you want a firm thai massage ask for nalli, she's absolutely great.

I have never had a massage before so I didn’t know what to expect but I had the best experience ever. Cookie was very welcoming and friendly. Joy gave me the best massage, she explained everything and took away the pain and tension I had in my neck and shoulders. I felt so refreshed afterwards. I will definitely be coming back

The best thing about Five Palms is that the standard of customer care here is very high. The owner is a lovely person and has great character. Always smiling, makes you feel welcomed and offers refreshments. I have made late bookings and she uses her creativity to always fit me in.The therapists are well trained professionsals. I find them caring & respectful. They listen to your needs, always try to deliver an outstanding service by going above and beyond to pamper you. I have never had a bad massage here and I always leave with a smile.I think Five Palms delivers a more complete experience from beginning to end. For that reason I would award them with 6 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good Thai traditional massage from Lod today (I hope the name is right). Many different stretches to what I'm used to, and also work on the sides of the body was new to me. Will come back when I can. (Re-visited a month later and was even more impressed by Pim's massage. Within 30 seconds I could tell she is an expert)
