Thérapie Clinic - Romford

I have had two of my sessions with a lovely lady called Shannon. She knows how to make a client feel comfortable and put them at ease. Shannon is amazing, she reassured me throughout the whole session, as it can be nerve wrecking. Shannon is thorough, conscientious, explains everything, very helpful and has such a polite demeanour! (:

Just had a laser hair removal session with Shannon at Thérapie Clinic Romford. She was brilliant, very thorough, professional and put me at ease! I’ve had 4 sessions with Therapie Clinic in Romford and Shannon has been one of the best so far!

The lady who did my laser treatment was great . However, with whom I have done consultation she was full of negativity, she was making faces and acting like she didn’t really wanna speak to me nicely but she was forced because was her job but she wasn’t really good at faking it.Although she really tried her best to sell me the deal of over £1000! To be honest I would have paid and start this new treatment but her poor professionalism so like few other staff in there made me feel like I shouldn’t put my money somewhere I won’t be treated right.

Libby was great! Super professional and welcoming. I am giving 3 stars, simply because after 9 sessions I still cannot see much of a difference in reducing my hair growth even though i have light skin and dark hair and i am following all the advice prior and after each procedure.

Had my first session for enzyme peel today with the lovely Deima. She made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. Looking forward to seeing the results following my next 2 sessions.

( LASER HAIR REMOVAL)At the clinic itself( Romford) the communication is excellent, staff very friendly and willing to help and explain everything. The therapists are very good( most of them) but one therapist I like the most, her name is DEIMA. If you can book your appointments with her I advise you to do it, especially for the first procedure. She does the job excellently, covers all the areas on my skin that are included, she doesn’t do it superficially but tries to reach every tricky spot. She doesn’t skip one centimetre, waits for you to catch your breath( it’s painful), she explains every step of the procedure, excellent communication, she knows what she is doing!! Absolutely great!!!Unfortunately I had to take one star down because of the call centre( which is one for all clinics I believe), it’s very hard to find common grounds with them, also the policy is strange, and I still can’t resolve a problem with one disappeared session from my account, and my mom has the same problem. So in terms of the therapy itself it is great, in terms of organisation and management it’s not that great.

Had my second session today with a lovely lady, Deima. She was absolutely fantastic, put me at ease, was friendly, polite, really kind and professional, such a positive person that I am glad I have chosen this clinic. The experience so far is great and would definitely recommend them!

I must start by mentioning that Shanon, the therapist who has been providing my treatment, is absolutely brilliant. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and always ensures that I receive the best possible care. I am truly grateful for her expertise and professionalism.However, I must express my disappointment with the rest of the staff at your clinic. I have found them to be unprofessional, rude, and lacking in customer service experience. One incident that stands out occurred just today when I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment. I wanted to ensure that my treatment would start on time at 8:30 am. To my surprise, the staff asked me to wait outside as the program starts at 8:30 am. This left me wondering why appointments are scheduled for 8:30 am if the clinic does not open earlier to ensure that customers are ready for their treatments.As a health, safety, quality, and environmental practitioner, I understand the importance of providing a high level of customer service. It is essential for businesses to create a positive and welcoming environment for their clients. Unfortunately, my experiences with the rest of the staff at your clinic have not reflected this standard.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. Zana was very friendly and gave me really good advice to get the best results for laser hair removal. She reassured me that my problem areas will be better with time. Overall I had a really good experience at the clinic.
