Laughing Hens gave me the best price (including international shipping!) for the yarn I needed. The package arrived ahead of schedule. I couldn't ask for a better experience.In future, if my local yarn shop doesn't stock what I need I'll certainly go back to Laughing Hens.

I’m from the United States. I was ordering Brittany Single Point knitting needles. I ordered the wrong sizes because I didn’t pay close enough attention to the UK sizes verses the US sizes. I emailed them several times to see what the options were to get my mistake corrected. I was hoping to just do an exchange but they don’t do exchanges. Understood. But I wanted to let everyone know that they always replied back to me in a timely manner, even if I didn’t like the answer. I would order from them again. If ordering from the US expect a longer delivery time since coming from the UK.

Orders are quick to despatch however I did not receive a breakdown of any of my invoices stating currency only to be charged by my bank for a euro transaction

Clearly Customer Service is not emphasized like it is in 99.9 % of other OnLine business. After waiting almost 2 weeks to receive my one pair of knitting needles for Christmas project, I was finally given the the name of the carrier whose website showed package hadn’t even left GB yet?! When I asked if this could be checked on or a replacement be expedited I was told, No it wasn’t possible to check and if I had wanted expedited shipping I should have ordered it that way, really?! Their website didn’t even offer that option to start with and then not even caring enough to call carrier and check on it either?! No apology and I still have not received package but they have my money. Disgraceful customer service and absolutely NO customer appreciation! Minus Zero stars - ⭐️ wasn’t an option but should be.

Super quality and selection I can’t find elsewhere, fast easy online purchase and shipping to Montana. Multiple purchases, all excellent prices and products. I like the patterns and occasional emails, not too much. And .. the name is just fun. Recommend!

I ordered an Addi Express machine, the order was recieved promptly and the item arrived in good shape. I'm usually leery about ordering items from oversees and shipped to USA. I will definitely be recommending and ordering from Laughing Hens. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with the customer service dept of Laughing Hens. My order arrived damaged with more than half the balls of yarn missing. I emailed customer service and received support mere hours later. They were so helpful and kind and everything was done rather quickly. I received a replacement package about a week later fully intact! This was a stark contrast from the response I received from my local post office. I inquired about the damaged package and they were unable to help me out at all! Shout out to Amanda and Joanna for the amazing customer experience! Will definitely recommend to all!

Wonderful service! Lovely yarn! Especially appreciate reasonable shipping prices from UK to Canada. Communication is excellent after order is placed and the yarn comes within 10 days. I have also found a favourite brand here that is not readily available where I live. Thanks so much!
