Had a couple of treatments recently, one with Jean who is really professional but very friendly and with Jo for laser treatment, who again was professional and explained the procedure but also friendly and approachable. I like this clinic because you are never pressured to buy anything or have a treatment, so I would highly recommend going here for your treatments.

I've just finish peeling after a 25% tca facial done by Alison. Alison is extremely professional and genuinely puts her patient's best interests first. I was extremely nervous, but she reassured me that everything I experienced was normal, keeping in touch with me from day 1 to day 10 when I'd fully peeled. My skin looks absolutely amazing, and the sun damage/freckles has practically peeled away. I'm 35 but certainly now look in my 20s. Alison advised on what skin cream/spf to use for anti-aging, and the products they use (Tebiskin) is amazing stuff. I'll be going back to Alison for my future treatments xx

Staff are very rude and nasty they are horrible they say that woman have the rights to look after there skin and men are not allowed to look after there skin there should be human rights I'm really up set because I asked to pay for some treatment on my skin what I was paying for out my own money I wanted some treatment for my laughter lines nasolabial folds so I can get ride of them and have a good appreance so I can look better and feel better and no they wouldn't help me I feel like reporting them to local authorities they are nasty not happy at all

This clinic is absolutely a joke. They have done a treatment on my face and it didnt work. I went back in, they not even bother to look and check what they have done and damage my face. Stay away and so rude with very low standard!!!!
