Right blinds ltd

I recommended this company to an elderly friend of mine and she went ahead and asked for a quotation which someone did come out to measure up and for her to choose the color etc. she paid a deposit on the 14th of April and as of yet no has been in contact with her, I have rang and sent emails but I have had no reply I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service in fact there is none ! I will now have to come into Derby to see someone face to face (if there is anyone). This has upset my friend and I now feel I have to get her deposit back ! Never again !! I would have given them No Star if possible

Terrible customer service and not great quality product. No interest from an after sales prospective. Our shutters started to crack after 2 months of use. I called customer service regarding warranty etc and they weren't interested I was told we must be slamming them but after making a nuisance of myself they reluctantly sent someone to have a look, who was quite helpful, he said it shouldn't of happened and they would get it repaired. That was 2 months ago and we've heard nothing more. We have since ordered more shutters from a different supplier which arrived in a fraction of the time, they are a better quality product, better price and better customer service.

Couldn't decide what stars to give so i'll let you decide.Upon having the sales guy come out and quote, all was well was a friendly & polite chap, of course he would be he's a salesman after all was told 50% payable on ordering and balance on fitting. Therefore we thought a couple of days and then we went ahead, placed order paid 50% was given a fitting date of 19th May then on 25 April I receive a text asking for balance, being away on holiday this was not possible and also the fact I was told balance payable on fitting and way on returning from hols I paid the balance 10 May. 19th May arrived but the fitter nor the blinds did. Was told by email the blinds came in the day before but on inspection they were damaged and therefore not suitable, we were then given a new fitting date of 30 May but mid morning i received an email stating that the fitter had not shown for work and therefore given a new date of 5 June on the fitting date I received yet another email to say courier had delivered blinds to wrong location (very strange because the last excuse they gave was no fitter and therefore I would assume blinds were at the premises waiting) they then told me that the blinds were being re delivered to them on 6th June up to 12 noon and they would ensure I was the first fitting. On chasing throughout the morning for updates i was told they can come in anytime up to 12.30 again slightly different to what I had previously been told. Around 11.40 I receive an email stating blinds are in and the fitter will be leaving in 10 minutes from Derby, I live no more than 30 minutes, so imagine when I get a call at 12.30 (this time not a email but an actual call) to say driver is outside but I'm not in........Quite quickly I state I am very much in as I have been the last many times I have been let down. She then says she'll get fitter to call me so I can guide him in. A few minutes after the fitter calls, turns out he is at the same address as mine but not the same town or postcode!!!!! Obviously not his error and he explains he has a couple of jobs where he is and that he will get to me asap by 3-3.30.of course I want my blinds so I accept this and as I say not his error. It would seem its the error of the very friendly sales guy entering completely wrong postcode. Anyway fitters came, two friendly and polite guys couldn't apologise enough for the errors, brought the taped boxes in and unsealed them before me, this made me question the original problem they told me i.e., the blinds on inspection were unsatisfactory (seems they don't inspect at all or at least until they are fitted) i will say the guys did a wonderful job of fitting my new blinds.My biggest issue is the customer service or should I say LACK OF IT and honesty, you cannot get through on telephone at all, once sales guy has done his bit he wants no more to do with you. The amount of well I have to say lies told is beyond belief I was even emailed on one occasion when I specifically requested a call back was that there phone lines were down, who doesn't have access to a mobile nowadays I ask. Many indiscrepencies on what I was being told from start to finish by all accounts.Use Right Blinds if you don't mind waiting forever and don't mind incorrect information being past to you.and don't mind giving all your cash before you get a fitting date (not guaranteeing it will be the correct date).DON'T use them if you are someone that likes to be kept up to date with tracking and process or your order, and don't like being lied too.I only wish I had done more thorough checks and not just reading a handful of reviews on this company as not everything is as good as it may seem.Can I add each date they gave us I had to change several appointments to work alongside there plans and what was so annoying is that they then did not show and did not have the courtesy to call rather than email !!After reading how I was treated what would you have given them as a rating.Final comment fro me is do your due diligence on the company or people you use for any product/service.

The guy arranged a time to call and was punctial. He got on with the job and was very courteous. I had to call them back for a very slight problem and they turned up and put it right. Very pleased with Right Blinds.

I originally gave these a poor review due to them not turning up and ignoring our calls and emails.This has now been rectified and due to a misunderstanding with dates our blinds were fitted today.The fitter was brilliant and helpful, blinds were fitted professionally and quickly and look amazing.Where as on my review first I wanted to give zero stars I am Now happy to give 5 stars.Many thanks

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to contact to arrange someone to come and measure up & the lads were quick and efficient to get the blinds up. They look lovely and I will be ordering again soon for the living room! Many thanks!

So happy with this company they professionally dealt with my requirements with price, quality of product, installation (fitter was lovely and so quick ,even pointed a fault in the slightly bowed ceiling ,I never noticed it it was a couple of mil out decorators caulk will sort it out…old house. ) job itself perfect.Customer Service were spot on when I called them, will definitely use them again I have already recommended them to my Daughter in law for their new house.

I got my blinds fitted a few months ago. I got in touch via email on several occasions to get this issue rectified I've used right blinds more than once and both times they got the measurement wrong. This is the second time they've made a mistake but unfortunately this time they don't want to respond to my emails or answer any of my calls to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service!

From start to finish I was very happy with right blinds the salesman wasn't pushy he advised us and have us a good choice to choose from. The guys who came to fit were friendly and took time to show me how to work them. We got to hear about you from a friend and my mum has had you to fit here aswell. Thank you for a good job

I am just trying to establish if this company is still trading. Paid a deposit but due to some further work in kitchen and bathroom had to rearrange survey. Can now not make contact despite e mails and answer phone messages being left. Could someone please confirm?
