Great for kids or adults alike family owned and a great atmosphere. Best martial arts academy In Essex ..so goggle asked me for an update and I'm still training here still loving it and and I cannot recommend enough they have actually expanded since my last post so different classes can run at the same time. Brilliant for kids and adults alike....

I have 2 kids at this Gym, they have been attending for over 10 years, it’s more like a large family with everyone helping one another. The coaches are extremely good always available for help and advise . You should definitely try this club you’ll not find better

Fantastic staff that really care.Thanks to Tony and the team my son is fitter, healthier and happier than ever. Ollie loves going to the gym and being a part of the fight team. I genuinely cannot recommend 5 Elements highly enough.

Great place to train. Friendly staff and very welcoming environment. Been training there for 5 years, and still continue to learn new things. Would definitely recommend, whether you're a beginner or have done martial arts before.

Amazing club. The students are really welcoming as well as Wes the instructor. I was a bit nervous about joining a boxing gym as a woman but I felt really reassured after the first session that everyone is welcome at what ever stage you are at in your boxing training. I feel that I have learnt new techniques and skills just after a few sessions.

I went here for about 3 and half years ( I only left becuse of a leg injury) and honesty it was amazing! It was The best thing I ever did The staff are so nice they always help you if you get stuck even the participants there really willing to help.

My son, daughter and I have all been members of 5 Elements. Training here under Wes and Tony has been an important part of my children’s formative years, having grown in confidence and fitness. As with all fun things, an hour at the gym seems to vanish in a fraction of the time, but we leave exhausted, sweaty and with the buzz of a great workout. The diverse membership across all ages, race, gender etc, reflects the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with support on hand whether you want to train to compete, achieve your strength and cardiovascular fitness goals or just have fun kicking and punching the pads!

Amazing club, instructors are brilliant! - my daughter has been coming for over 2 years now and absolutely loves it! The online classes and 1 to 1s have been amazing, lots of content available, she enjoys all the classes and her confidence has grown massively. thank you 5 elements
