Visited on the second weekend it was open. Left before a large number of visitors arrived. Building is impressive but control room b bar was running very slowly. A q had developed of at least 30 mins even before getting seated. Several people leaving said they were swamped with the orders yet we could see many tables not occupied. We think it was more a staffing and training issue.

It's an impressive development but it's not entirely complete so it was a little underwhelming. Many shops remain vacant or yet to be set up and some major things like the arcade don't open until next year. There is nowhere cheap and cheerful to feed the kids (12, 8, 5 and almost 3) and the outdoor grocery store is extortionate, so it's very pricey for larger families. The best part for the kids was the outdoor playground.

Really impressed with what have been done with the building. Usual range of shopping centre shops inside but it lacks a 'heart' in the form of a food court. There are still a number of units not occupied - hopefully a food court will be put in, with a good range of reasonably priced food. There were a few individuals eating placed and some had very long queues. Found the brown, beige and cream interior colour scheme (all the brands seemed to have to conform to this for their signs and shop fronts) really boring. Lighting could be a lot brighter (it is at a sleeping level!) - admittedly the weather wasn't great on the day of visit but it was the usual Autumn weather. It is still work in progress but it could easily be made more lively. For a start give it better lighting and more colours. The outside of the building, the riverfront part, is nice and when the weather is good it is going to be fab.

A lot of the shops, restaurants aren't open yet, looks like middle to high end retail. The building is beautiful outside, and the vestiges of its past inside are fascinating.

Love the design of the place. Hope to see more restaurants and places to eat inside though rather than going out and around the power station.

Busier now than when it first opened towards the end of 2022 and with more shops open too. Fabulous building and generally quality shops and restaurants. Not forgetting Roti King in the railway arches for great Malaysian food. The riverboat is handy as it stops right outside the power station and is just one short stop from Vauxhall Bridge

It was a fantastic and emotional experience, bringing to use this London icon after being out of use for several decades. The Northern line is now linked to the BPS through Nine Elms.

An absolut desaster to live in Battersea Estates.- The Estate management doesnt respect the residents who are paying a lot of money for rent and its always noisy -> cranes and lorries most of the time do a lot of noise after 11pm(!!!).We, residents cant sleep good and our weelbeing is disturbed!!! How dare they let machines or engines work after 10pm to do christmas deco!??Many residents are leaving or want to leave very quick because of tons of problems: the lifts are pretty much very often out of service because of TESTING TESTING TESTINGs!!!!!! How should I leave with a pushchair or wheelchair ???The postroom is a nightmare as whatever you order , its first delivered to this useless postroom in another building and you need to wait until they bring it to your concierge…if done, the concierge doesn’t find it .Its extremely annoying if you order something express and theStaff her cant bring it to you or you need to find.Believe me: even the staff are super stressed and many of the reception want to leave as residents are shouting everyday on them…even beeing aggressive because they are fed up with all this!!This is NOT luxery living…THIS IS A NIGHTMARE LIVING and we already contacted the landlord that weWill leave earlier ..after 4(!!!!!) month!!!Ah and groceries: The delivery van must go to the loading bay and queue with other 15 lorries!!! Then many just cancel their delivery “not found thr adress”Because they are not allowed to spend more than 15 min for one delivery. And the weekend the loadingBay closes at 7pm so they have to park next to the house BUT They are not allowed cozSecurity wont let them stop…..CATASTROPHIC LIVING HEREDONT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE!!!!DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HEre!! You will regret it…I mean, we want to leave after 4 months…

Really tranquil development, with as many chain fashion stores in the main mall as you see in Regent Street. We did the Lift 109; wonderful view from the top of one of the chimneys. Definitely recommend a visit if you want to get away from the busyness of inner London for a while.
