Been training there for over three months and I can honestly say, I don’t remember what life was like before training at this gym.Not only is the quality of the training exceptional from a detailed technical perspective, but the culture is exceptional.The gym is a safe environment; truly welcoming to all, regardless of age, prior experience, gender and ability.The culture created by Professor Pan, the instructors and coaches is nothing short of phenomenal; everyone, and I mean literally everyone, has a vested interest in your progression and, as such, will willingly give of their time to pass down their expertise.There’s also a large number black, brown and purple belts (apparently not the norm) giving so much experience on the mats and variation in style and approach, every session becomes a new learning experience.Also, if you have kids- the kids coaching is a really well developed program producing some unbelievable talent in the younger members of the club, some of whom compete (and win) regularly.Finally, the best part of the gym is the people who are awesome as is the community.As someone said to me, all you need is to give it one hour and you’ll be hooked, and for me, they were right. Give it a go- 100%.

Fantastic place to train BJJ. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and most importantly positive. The gym is clean, modern, and well kept with good facilities.There are classes to cater all abilities, needs, and age groups. The tutorage is fantastic with all the professor and coaches commanding years of experience in teaching and competing. The professor and coaches are well versed in teaching and developing individuals to succeed, which is replicated by its members who are always happy to help one another.RGA is the perfect place to learn and develop in the beautiful art that is BJJ!

I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, for 2 years now in a previous place before this gym. I am so glad I have moved here to RGA Preston, the environment is unbelievable and friendships that have been made are second to none. Training BJJ has done absolute wonders for my physical and mental health I could not recommend strongly enough if you fancy trying this incredible sport, RGA Preston should be your first choice.

RGA Preston is a great academy led by a fantastic Black belt instructor. Classes are available to children, beginners and those who already have experience in training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.Really positive team and atmosphere.What are you waiting for?

Very High standard off Teaching from the professor and coaches. Everybody is welcome regardless off age and ability. They are also made welcome from the minute they come through the doors to when they leave. Its a great way to learn a martial art and also good for fitness.
