Love Thomas Herbert! Such a lovely salon and the whole team are really friendly and professional. Gemma always cuts my hair exactly as I want (whether it’s been a restyle or just a quick trim) and I trust her completely. Would highly recommend!

Always love getting my hair done here. I always get my hair done with Gemma and it turns out amazing every single time. Any ideas I have, I talk them through with Gemma and she gives her honest, expert advice and I have full trust that my hair will turn out great. I feel instantly calm, relaxed and welcomed as soon as I am in there. They use the best products on your hair and make it a really enjoyable experience. I wouldn't trust any other salon with my hair and I can't wait to go again next time. Money always well spent.

I’ve been coming to Thomas Herbert for years. Gemma has worked miracles over these years on my once tatty, thin and over processed fine hair (caused by another hairdresser). It’s now long and healthy and feels so much thicker than it ever did before. Gemma and the team are on constantly on training course and up to date in all new technologies. Any advice she gives is backed up with techical knowledge which I appreciate and allows me to feel assured she’s helping me make the right decisions. Gemma and the team are all lovely. I love going there and come out feeling fabulous.

I decided to try this hair salon following some terrible hair disasters around 5 years ago.... From the moment I entered the salon and I met Jo, so enthusiastic and confident that she could change my hair from a disaster to perfection which she has. I would honestly never go anywhere else, she is a fantastic stylist, we have been on a journey which gave me the confidence to change from blonde to red to brown and back to blonde!! My hair has never looked better. Every time I go I enjoy the whole experience, always a happy, friendly welcoming team of people. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

I always leave the salon feeling uplifted, cared for and more than happy with the results. Be that from a cut and colour, or a blow dry and curls. Warm welcoming atmosphere. Highly skilled. Calm and attentive. The actual salon itself is always well presented and I have been coming for a couple of years now, would recommend!

Amazing first time going. I have really long hair and been putting off going for a year.was recommended here and so glad I went. Was all so lovely and friendly. Never loved my hair more and can't wait to book again for a top up on my colour. Just amazing work and couldn't be more happier with it. Thank you

Absolutely love this salon! Started coming here over a year ago when I moved to Westhoughton and have been coming every 6 weeks ever since! Everyone that works here is super friendly and the salon is lovely. Chloe is my stylist and is amazing, my hair has never been in a better condition than it is now!
