The basic comprehension of a simple matter of adding another phone onto an existing contract was turned into a diabolical mess. Now one phone forwarding to the other and the original number has been cut. Come on folks surely this is simple, 5 phone calls later and its a pigs ear. We cant do banking, cant give our numbers out. It is now 7 days and the technicians and call centre operators couldnt organise a booze up in a distillery

Went there since there were no bt shops in the city centre to get a contract, have been told that it is done via internet or over the phone, at the reception we had the chance that the receptionist helped us to contact the right person and after a 15-20 min call we got to the part that an engineer will visit and activate our service, so if you are looking to get bt just do it over the phone or visit this place since they are really helpful and nice, for new built properties this is a must! Well that if you don't have a valid postcode.
