Such great results - Jonelle is a true professional. I'm always so delighted with my treatment, I'm glad I found her and didn't waste my money on a student in a salon. Nice and private as well as relaxing premises. Highly recommended - worth the 'three songs in the car' drive from Southbourne!

Jonelle at soul surrender is extremely professional and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Her warm and friendly manner puts her clients at ease. I regularly have waxing done, eyebrow shapes and tints and eye lash tints. It is always done to the highest standard and I regularly get positive comments on how good it looks. I have had facials and massages which were also absolutely amazing. I highly recommend soul surrender!

I have become a regular client of this salon having found out about it via a friend. Jonelle manages to be friendly and warming yet professional whilst ensuring excellent results every time, whatever treatment you have. The salon itself is light, bright, airy and calming and I love my appointments so I get a bit of time to relax. I have even been able to bring my child on the occasions when I couldn't find care. The prices are very reasonable and it really feels like a more personal experience than going to a larger salon...Jonelle really cares and I would recommend this salon wholeheartedly.

I visited September for a facial and eyebrow shape/waxing. Jonelle provided a quiet calm space and an excellent facial and neck massage. 5*, highly recommended, will definitely use again.
