I gave this store a 1 star, unfortunately my reason being that when I was in this store last month I got approached straight away by a man called Stephen. Even though he was friendly I felt intimated as I didn’t get time to look around the store on my own, he stood an spoke to me about his health which made me feel very uncomfortable and because of this I now shop in the Antrim store

Called into the Fairhill Shop yesterday 3/8/22 was greeted by Stephen on entering, how lovely is it to be greeted with a cheerful hello and if I can help give me a shout all with a lovely smile. We'll done Stephen I left the store very happy keep up the great work.

I shopped in The Works in Ballymena today. Was greeted by Stephen, who was most pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. This young man came across as someone who is really enthusiastic and passionate about his work and nothing was too much bother for him. He is a credit to his employers. Really pleasant visit and I wont hesitate to return again.

Always very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. This is my favorite shop to buy books from. A man called stevey who works there is a wonderful friendly gentleman who is alway ready and willing to help anyone who is in need of help. He definitely like a to have a wee chat with the customers which is always nice especially if your not having a good day.

Was in store today and was greeted by 2 very friendly polite and helpful young staff members (Steven and his colleague whose name i didn't get). So unusual to get such VIP treatment in retail today.
