I visited this shop last week to have data transferred to a new phone. They were very friendly and polite in the shop and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Surely these positive reviews are fake? My daughter has been intimidated, spoken rudely to, and ripped off. A student who can't afford to lose £70. Not only did they not fix it, they broke another part of it which has now cost £215 to get fixed by Apple. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Obviously, if you'd like to do the decent thing and refund her the full amount, please let me know. And NO, she didn't break it herself although I'm sure that will be your justification.It won't let me reply to your response so hopefully this will flag up to you. Why on earth would we return the phone to you for a FOURTH time when it came out of your shop worse than it went in. I would like a refund. £70 is ALOT of money to a student. It's also interesting that you haven't replied to my daughter's review. It seems you only reply once a parent gets involved. In this instance you have clearly taken advantage of a young girl and I want you to rectify this by giving a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I have visited the store 4 times to get her phone fixed in which they continued to 'fix the problem' but in actual fact made the phone worse every time. On the third visit her phone broke after 6 hours of it being 'fixed'. Today the staff laughed in my friends face, belittled her, and continuously tried to intimidate her to make her feel as though she should just leave. To solve the problem they gave her a £20 note off the books just out the till and pretty much insisted she left. I've never witnessed more unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful staff in my life and if you want a good job doing for your phone, I recommend you stay far away.

I couldn't recommend this place more! My main phone's screen stopped working so went to Vodafone and was told i would lose my data if they send it off, then i was recommend to go to ICrack to do the data transfer. Lovely Sam couldn't of been more helpful, it was a long 4 hours to transfer all my data, images, videos etc to my old phone. Sam even stayed open 2 hours more until it was finished and even charged £5 less for the service. Due to my autism, situations like this stress me out but with how lovely Sam was, it distracted me. He was lovely to my mum too! They sell lovely phone cases too! Thank you for everything Sam & ICrack Southampton team! I will never forget this. I highly recommend ICrack Southampton

I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. Me and my friend went in to this store to get her phone fixed which she took in 4 times in total. Each time the company seemed to 'fix' her phone, it ended up being worse than it was before. They were also rude and patronising towards her and even laughed in her face. In the end they just gave her £20 out of the till, off record, clearly just to get rid of her. Every single time we have been in, the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, if you are looking to get anything fixed, I recommend never going here, and I would even go as far to avoid all iCrack stores in the future.
