I appreciate their efficiency, friendliness, and kindness. I like the fact that they don't overcharge but are honest, which is in contrast to most places that shamelessly ask for ridiculous upfront payments. I am happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service. Came to fix a dishwasher on a Saturday but ended up changing filters on all other white goods in the house without charging extra. Good value as well - others were being pushy on up front payment before coming out.

Fantastic friendly service, had a callout arranged within the hour and my machine fixed in a couple of hours, with lots of helpful advice too on how to prevent future problems - highly recommended and will be back again for appliance repairs in future!

Service was fast - Suhayl came the day after I called. He was clear on the phone about the £95 callout fee. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was luckily straightforward and fixed it on the spot. He gave us tips on general appliance maintenance. I would definitely use this service again.

Helped us fix an issue the expensive plumber created. He was kind and polite. And relieved us off alot of stress as the other service wanted to be paid some more for an issue they created.Has a card machine to pay with accepting all major cards which just so convenient .will recommend to family and friends.
