Went with a friend who's in love with the fairytale, we had in general a good experience and the gluten free option was good but not lactose free

What a great place. Beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was fantastic. We sat in the enchanted garden downstairs. The food was very nice and the staff were lovely. Very popular place. Would highly recommend.

Food was delicious, especially the scones. The staff was exceptional. I was, however, surprised that the tea pots didn’t allow you to remove the leaves so your second cup wouldn’t be over steeped. Cute place with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

All their afternoon teas, except for the tweedles, can be requested vegan. We had the hatters and the queens: great portions and tasty food, especially the vegan scone. It is a bit too pricey but it is perfect for a special occasion. Nice staff and lovely atmosphere.

Took my mum here for her birthday with my sister and her little one, all the staff were absolutely amazing! So helpful, friendly and went out of their way to look after us! Was greeted by a wonderful gentleman who help my mum get down the stairs, and Adele looked after us at our table, the food was PERFECTION! We had an afternoon tea, the vanilla chai tea was spot on! Thanks for a lovely experience!! ❤️

Had a good time visiting this place again. Went on the weekend for breakfast.Recommend to book a place through their website as it’s often packed on the weekend. It’s a quick and hassle-free process anyway.Food’s awesome. Recommend to order French toast and Vanilla Chai (Special Blend Tea).Atmosphere was great. Even though it’s packed, doesn’t feel like it’s noisy.Staff was attentive as always.

We had a lovely afternoon tea. The food was really good, the only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the fridge-cold scotch egg.The atmosphere is amazing and the Queen's cocktail served in a teapot was the cherry on the cake.
