Fake people. I ordered glossy wardrobe but they delivered Matt and entirely different design. When I get back to them, they said we can't take it back. I tried to call company no. directly but no one answer the call. Never recommend MN furniture.

Ordered a blue velvet corner suite and apart from the delivery being a few days late I am very impressed with it. It looks absolutely beautiful in my lounge and everyone who sees it says how much they love it. Very good quality and excellent price. I would recommend this company to anyone

Please don't buy from them they don't care about you all they care about is your money. I brought a wardrobe and my alarm bells started to come in. They promised someone would assemble the wardrobe for £150 wardrobe men came but no assemble man. I refused wardrobe and they won't refund me although they said they have. All 5 star reviews are family and friends take a look for yourself Most English names are 1 star. I have informed bank and they are going to look into it for me. Tried to get hold of manager Mr BHATTI but no one answers calls. They do most of conversations on wassap don't sound write to me. Look on trust pilot what they say about the company. Wish i had before buying from these cowboys. Cowboys is too good to be called more like SCUM of the earth. I am writing to Facebook Instagram TikTok and wherever they advertise. Also contacting local papers, they cannot be allowed to treat people like this. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Hello Everyone,I have come on this platform to let you know Mr Naveed Ahmed Bhatti and his team is running a unprofessional business,They sent me damaged goods and a unprofessional fitter, a household member was injured due to airlift not being fitted correctly.I have all the evidence needed to prove the above, please don’t waste your time and money hear,Would highly recommend you take your money somewhere else.Mr Bhatti and his team think it’s appropriate too laugh at a unhappy customer and tell them do what you can do.As they’ve already been paid and don’t care about there customersif this is the kind off business Mr Bhatti is operating i would highly recommend him to close down.

They are very terrible company and scam people from onbuy I haven't get my order for the pass two weeks and they want me to pay extra £100 still waiting for my refund before i report them to the police

Delivery drivers are rude, must pay for both delivery and return, but they take more than a month to process refund. Horrible customer service.Update: they did not refund me. I had to use a chargeback form to get my refund via the bank.

Beware of this dodgy establishment. Do not buy from here. Please read other reviews for this company as well. They give a date for delivery and don't deliver the product. Lot of other genuine reviews have mentioned similar issues. They keep sending mixed messages. I have told them to cancel the order and process refund. On one email they stated they will refund the money and then they start another email chain stating they have delivered the product. The entire communication experience reeks of a big scam.

I ordered a wardrobe via on buy and this company. No delivery date/items. Keep changing reasons for not producing the goods. I have asked for my money back, to be totally ignored. I will complain to police /ombudsman if I do not get my money back by tomorrow. Terrible service

Stay away this company has to be one of the worst furniture company's in the UK there customer service is non existent, we had to return a wardrobe we purchased of Amazon, we paid for a courier made sure the return was sorted with Amazon and when the courier went to deliver it they refused to take it no explanation nothing all at our expense so will make a case with Amazon and the company is being reported to trading standard etc

Order 2 sliding door wardrobes, one had a bowed door, took 4 months to get a replacement which was still bowed, then another replacement in a week after saying I’ll start PayPal claim. That was also bowed. Requested refund. Seller won’t collect because we don’t have original packaging after 5 months! Under consumer rights act, sale of goods it doesn’t have to be in original & seller should collect as faulty, which they have admitted because sent replacements! Do not use this provider! Wardrobes quality was poor, other parts faulty(shelves) and marks on delivered items which were not addressed when I complained. I was Harassed on WhatsApp - buyer started 5 email threads & 2 WhatsApp threads.Now awaiting court (Nov 2023)
