What a wonderful gentleman Sean is.I rang up very stressed over my hoover, wanting to buy a reconditioned dyson but as with everything currently I couldn't afford one, I'd rung a few places so by this point I was a little emotional. Sean asked me if I could get my broken hoovers into him as he was sure he could fix mine for alot lower costing than a new one, so I jumped in My car travelled from halifax parked outside and in I went with my 2 hoovers. An hour later (probably not even that) I was on my way home with 2 working hoovers for a third of what a new one would have cost. This gentleman was so warming polite and kind. Absolutely travelling to this gent if I have hoover issues from now on. thank you so much, my hoovers are working amazingly.

Would highly recommend, took great care of my grandma, and didn’t even charge her. Sean, thank you very much I really appreciate it, very kind of you.She’s wanted me to leave the follow message:Give 3 Cheers for the man in a million who repaired my vacuum cleaner in not weeks but in half a day. My carpets were beginning to look like “shaggy dogs” I was having to get down to pick up all the hairs & bits myself (Which is not easy when your 87 and have a bad leg) and with Christmas nearly here I was expecting another large bill.However this wonderful man didn’t charge me anything, so I’m quids in on both accounts.Thank you immensely Sean, and I wish you and your family “A very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Popped in this afternoon with my cordless Dyson. It hadn't been working properly and kept cutting out. The guy in the shop was fantastic, he instantly knew what was wrong with it and took it apart and fixed it. He only charged me a small amount. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much for all your expert help.

Very friendly and helpful, great service, repair completed very quickly and at a huge saving to a full replacement which I had assumed was inevitable when I couldn’t find the spare part online anywhere; £35 instead of +£100 for a new one, fantastic.Edit: Sean also gave the disastrous, hair-tangled brush bar a thorough clean, a job I have been meaning to do for months but never got round to because it was such a grim prospect! Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

Helpful chap who runs the place and seems very knowledgeable.Took a broken Shark vac to the shop and it was fixed three hours later, new motor fitted, at a very fair price.Unheard of service these days!!!

Rang to see if they had a smooth roller for our Shark vacuum cleaner and the chap said he had a new one and a clean used one so I said I would be down in a few minutes. When I got down there there was one of each on the counter waiting for me. Decided on the clean used, paid the money and set up easily back home.

Very fast service got my g tech repaired same day within hours of dropping it off & very reasonable price.Wife happy now she's vaccing up after me & kids .The next day I took our old Dyson that needed quite a lot doing to it( filters,hoses,etc) & it came back like a brand new one plus was very happy with price

I would give 10 stars if I could. I telephoned mistakenly thinking it was in my area,its actually miles away. I had a problem with a carpet washer.Instead if just hanging up,or fobbing me off he actually went to a lot of trouble to see if he had a spare part. He did have the part,but then instead of selling it to me,he actually talked me through what to do to mine to fix the problem.The problem was of my own making ...anyway. Its a huge Thank You from me,you have restored my faith in humanity...and made me laugh too. Who would have thought fixing a VAX could be fun.You Rock.
